My last visit here was on 4/20/23. I know this because the young lady behind the counter was high as a kite and remember thinking oh yes today is 4/20. That’s not my only reasoning for this review. The young lady that was high was also sweeping the floor behind the counter with a long line of customers. Not only that when she was done sweeping she took the dustpan and with her bare hand emptied it into the trash ( with her bare hand. It was a dustpan that stands up.) Afterwards she sat the broom and dustpan to the side and started touching the counter. THEN went to the stove and started cooking what was in the pan. Nowhere in there did I say she washed her hands BECAUSE SHE DID NOT!!!!!!! I emailed my concern to corporate and asked to have someone contact me. They NEVER did.

The employees were super helpful, everything was fresh and the portion sizes were on point! The trash can in the bathroom needed some attention but everything else was good, the dining room was clean.

This was the third time in a row I had received an Impossible Burrito that was not fully wrapped, letting the heat out. Thankfully the burrito tasted ok but until they properly know how to wrap a food item better they will not be getting my business. Most businesses with take out food will seal packages with tape or stickers or something.

I haven’t been to this location in almost two years. I used to love coming here sometimes going twice a week. I decided to take my fiancée there tonight and sadly was displeased. The atmosphere was filthy flies all over the food. Every single employee were lazy and high accept for Bryon. The girl working tonight don’t know her name but was the only female working the evening shift walked away not finishing my toppings saying she need to go smoke . I am disgusted entirely of this place and the way I was treated . The food was terribly prepared I will not come back and wouldn’t be surprised if you start loosing customers the atmosphere sucks . It’s like no one wanted to be there. By the way it was around 8:15pm the date was today 8/09/22. Something needs to be done because this store is falling to pieces.

I expected more Considering qudobas high standards. Half of drinks at the machine non functional. Tea has no lid so flies can go in and out of Reservoir freely. Freestyle fountain cartridges just tossed about half hazardly. Side patio door locked so if you want to sit outside and go back inside for a refill you cannott. All bench seats inop, they are open so no one can sit on them. Management must be drinking the Baltimore city tap water. Now let’s talk about The food. It was dry and not good. The end.
