My wife told me that this place was better than chipotle. This was my first time eating here so I really wanted to see if it was true or not. Boy was I in for a surprise!
I got a bowl with grilled steak and toppings. The servers were so nice! They didn’t have an attitude like people in Cafe Rio; when you asked them a question they didn’t mind answering!
The food was so delicious! I mean my goodness! I fell so in love with the freshness! The food was to die for, especially with my sensitive stomach. It was so good that I got another bowl to go!
Overall, is it better than chipotle? YES. Is it better than Cafe Rio? YES. Will I be back for more? YES!

The wife and I enjoy coming here for lunch. We usually get the bowl and the food is great. Always good, never disappointing. Service is average, wouldn’t say they go out of their way for you but I have never had a bad experience. I doubt you will be disappointed here.

First time ordering. Ordered online, went to pick the food up, but their printer was down. They didn’t have a record of my order. Glad I took a screenshot so I could show her. The manager apologized and started getting my order together right away. Everything was packed nice and neat, and she apologized again and gave me a free tortilla chips and white queso. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! There was a long line guess I can see why. I ordered the crispy tacos and the birria quesadilla. Gotta go back and try more things!

Don’t bother going after 6 pm. Apparently they can’t possibly refill anything they run out of after 5. No fajita veggies? Sorry, no more for the night. No shrimp? Guess you’re out of luck. Doesn’t matter that they’re open til 9, you get whatever’s left over. This has happened to us the last four times we went.

The food is so good. They greeted me when i walked in and got my order perfect. They made sure I got what I asked for and the food was delicious. The place is kept clean and is spacious. The food always seems to be fresh and the environment is just very chill.

If I was only rating the food I would give it 4 stars, however the horrible customer service (including the female shift manager) was ridiculous. When we got to the counter I said this is our first time, hoping for some guidance on what is good or how to order. Neither of those happened. Just attitude and trying to hurry me through the line. However we were there at 4:30 and the place was pretty quiet. Plus the managers accent was super heavy and hard to understand. One of the items we got was the tortilla soup. She only put two spoon fulls of the liquid into it. In my eyes this was not soup, there was not enough liquid or broth to make it soup. I asked for more and she told me no. I thought it was miscommunication because of the language barrier, so I asked again and got no. And I asked again and she said for more money. I said fine. I was charged $3.00 for two extra spoon fulls of liquid broth. And again we were rushed through the line so we were not offered all the options we could put on our food. However the food was tasty. The restaurant was very dirty and over flowing trash.
