Don’t bother going after 6 pm. Apparently they can’t possibly refill anything they run out of after 5. No fajita veggies? Sorry, no more for the night. No shrimp? Guess you’re out of luck. Doesn’t matter that they’re open til 9, you get whatever’s left over. This has happened to us the last four times we went.

I can’t believe it happens again . After a previous purchase here . I thought the problem was already result with the owner but looks like they don’t care about customers services . They charged me 2 dollars plus tax for a rice on my nachos . . The funny thing is a buy a bowl for my son and he only got beans ,rice and cheese but they charged me the full amount for his meal wich is fine to me . But paid over 2.00 dollars for a lil rice . Its crazy and out of control .

I always pause before writing negative comments but after more than one less than stellar visit and after this most recent one I shall detail my experience. First. I have been a Qdoba lover through thick and think for over 20 years. Despite this I will be doing my best to not return to this particular franchise. The food was on par but the overall vibe I get from staff is that they don’t want me there. I was the only customer today and no one said hello and just seemed to begrudgingly acknowledge my presence with a grunt. Upon ordering, mostly no issues but I felt like they were doing me a favor to get my food rather than I was doing the favor by getting food there. When I asked for a certain dressing, the response “it’s out” no alternative or anything. I visited today as I had credits that were expiring and I needed to used them. This required two credit cards. Upon paying I asked for the bill to be split, the lady nodded and said ok then proceeded to put it on one card. They would not void the transaction and make it right and with kids in tow I didn’t want to deal with it. Just said sorry and gave me the “move along” face again. So I lost 25 bucks. There also seems to be a bit pf a language barrier as there was lots of bantering back and forth in Spanish but from what I heard in both languages it seemed like my request was understood. Just ignored. Fortunately, the food still tasted good. Will just get it elsewhere next time. Message received.

Horrible, the food is flavorless, they don’t have good customer service, they are stingy with the food. Like the little spoon of sauce for the big bowl is crazy and they get an attitude when you ask for another spoon. Not worth the money. The food looks good on the plate does not taste good.
