My experience at Pura Vida was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was great, but what truly made the difference was the service from our waiter, Alex. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always on top of every detail, making me feel truly welcomed. His positive energy and professionalism elevated the entire experience. Definitely coming back — highly recommend Pura Vida!

First time at Pura Vida and I was thoroughly impressed. I got the Spicy Salmon wrap which was absolutely delicious. I also tried the iced strawberry matcha latte with oat milk which wasn’t that great to be honest, couldn’t taste the oat milk and it wasn’t really sweet despite the strawberry. However, the wrap and the service were the star of the show. My friend got the Smoked Sammy sandwhich, and she loved it. Our server Isa was amazing and responsive. I would definitely come back for this wrap!

This was our first time eating at Pura Vida, but it won’t be our last. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service was really nice. We had the veggie omelette and the salmon Sammy, with a fantastic cappuccino, banana bread, and matcha pistachio cookie. Good food that came out fast, but didn’t taste like fast food. Yes!

I usually like the customer service here at Pura Vida , The person who usually takes my order she says hi how are you? What would you like? Simple right ? Well for some reason on this day This girl wants to be very specific…when I stated what I wanted, she repeated herself with a good morning. “How are you?” Once again like was forced to say it back to her ? She was being funny and I don’t like that …I come here all the time and I’m a very busy person so if my quick hi is not enough then I don’t know what is. she also claims she’s a manager however this is my first time seeing her here at this establishment. Her name is Isa and I like I said I don’t appreciate her repeating herself like I’m some child. I am a grown woman who can say whatever she pleases. I did not come off rude it was a dry hi… and that was it.. and then, when I walked away, she continued to laugh with another customer, trying to be funny. I also was going to post a picture of her, but I actually talk to the real manager while writing this review so I’m gonna let it go, but this is my truth

I had the new refresher “Dragon Fruit” and it’s an absolute must—bursting with flavor and incredibly refreshing.
The Spicy Salmon Wrap from the Healthy Side of the menu did not disappoint either—perfectly balanced and delicious.
Portions are generous and great for sharing.
The ambiance is just right for a cozy solo lunch or a relaxed meal with company.
A gem worth visiting!

Nice location, staff are super friendly and attentive. I love their coffee lattes, I’ve tried their wraps and empanadas and they’re both good.
I love this location because there’s plenty of tables and is spacious. Parking is available in garages which are a block away there isn’t parking available in the street, you will have to find a garage or street or lot parking. Overall, great first time experience and quick service.

But beware that you will be paying a premium for the brand. Basically this is a high-end clean eating restaurant which some could consider a little overpriced.
Also, if you go at the wrong time it will be packed. However, the food is always solid and delicious.
