Manager was super knowledgeable and nice great customer service….. girl taking orders at the drive thru didn’t get half of our order so of course brought it to her attention, shoved our order out the window to us then yells OH YOU DIDN’T PAY
And the entire time sitting there with money in hand awaiting to pay obviously not a multiple tasker no costumer service wasn’t greeted…. don’t like you’re job then I suggest find something different won’t be back there at that location

We decided to eat in today and oh my goodness it is pristine in there! Not only was it extremely clean and comfortable but the service was immaculate. We go our food within one or two minutes. The bathrooms were also extremely clean and comfortable. 10/10 Wendys!

I do not do much fast food for breakfast…but the bacon cheese egg croissant was delicious. The place was clean. I especially like their hot spicy chicken nuggets but it was a little too early. Service was really fast- wow!

I will not be patronizing this Wendy’s again. Every time I have been there there has always been something wrong with my food never do bad that I complained about it until 10/26/2023. My daughter ordered cheese fries that were served burnt. Like black spots on the cheese burnt. I called to complain and request a refund and have yet to hear from ANYONE to rectify the issue.

restaurant was super clean. like really, really clean. got to breakfast 20 mins before they stop. I got a meal sandwich was cold didnt fill my potato box. this was a cheat meal for me so it was very disappointing. I gave a 4 cause the staff was super nice and it was very clean.

I usually go here for Uber eats but today I went and had lunch. The store was well organized and my order was well cooked and prepared. I did have to request for the vanilla frostee and the gentleman was kind enough to serve it to me. Food was delicious and Customer Service was excellent!

This by far was the best and neatest Wendy’s burger (Dave’s classic single with cheese #1) my husband and I had in a while. Made us want to shout all up and down the Church isles…Hallelujah!! Gotta thank God for small Miracles!!

I come to this location frequently and every time it is something new. At first it was dry, old chicken nuggets. Simply stopped ordering them. Then cold unsalted frys(however, no problem with that recently) tonight it was a old baked potato that looked like it was from this morning. To top off my meal tonight my Asiago grilled sandwich was made entirely wrong. No cheese, no bacon, no ranch sauce. They put honey mustard on it. Lady at the first window was extremely nice don’t recall here name (about 8pm) the lady at the second window sounded like she had an attitude when I asked for salt and pepper and sour cream for my baked potato. Her response “there’s one in there”. I work fast food and have been in management no way would I put someone like that in the window. Completely ruins the experience for the paying customer. Didn’t have the energy to drive back up there to have it remade. Only perks tonight was the lady in the first window, the sweet tea was actually good for once, and the line moved extremely fast considering it was dead.
