Hispanic food truck that offers standard tex mex with a few specialties. This is the only place in the area I know of that offers papusas. I’ve been wanting to stop here for a while to satiate my constant craving since moving from my favorite place in Tallahassee. I finally stopped for lunch and ordered the mixta set of 3 papusas. They make them fresh so there was a 10-15min wait for my order. They do have some seating out front, but I just sat in my car and waited until they brought them out. The papusas themselves were good, the cheese/bean/pork were oozing out in the best way possible. The birria/hot sauce was a nice addition. The unfortunate let down was the flavorless curtido. Maybe it had not sat in the brine long enough, but it just tasted mostly of raw cabbage. It’s not bad enough to discourage me from coming back for more papusas or to try their other items.

We bought an assortment of food. The pupusas were excellent and the star of the show for me. The birria tacos are in our top three of all time. The homemade shells made everything better. The Oaxaca cheese melted beautifully into the shell. The meat was slow cooked for sure. Amazing! We also tried a few of the street tacos. All were very tasty. Definitely a return too place!

Although the carnitas quesadilla was dry, it was still flavorful. First time having a pupusa, and I have to say wow for the price to food ratio is not bad.

Look at this food. I paid $12 for a set of 3 pupusas.. Was told it was pork, cheese, and beans. Look at the photos. Looks like straight beans… Also ordered tacos. One taco was missing meat. What are they doing over here!!?? $30 and now I’m discussing with the co owner about getting my money back and he will “give me an answer” . This is $30 for some refried beans and 2 tacos with meat and one with nothing. I will keep you guys updated.

Got two of the traditional pupusas (cheese & pork). It came with curtido and hot sauce on the side. The pupusa was made by hand while I waited in the car and was worth the ~15 minute wait (next time I’ll call ahead). It was well made (didn’t fall apart in my hand) and was surprisingly full….and delicious.

Ordered the birria quesadilla, it was one of the best quesadillas we’ve ever had. So worth the price! It was packed full of meat, and had great crispy cheese edges! Definitely wanted to drink the consome, and verde sauce, they were amazing! We will be back!
