Two words: Birria Papusa.
Literally the best food in southern Oregon. No need to say anything else.
Sorry the photos is of a half eaten papusa… it was too good, you’re lucky there’s a photo at all.

Such a beautiful plated burrito for a to-go order on a highway. Very neat. Great portions of each ingredient. The chips are fun but overdone. The red salsa was delicious and spicy. The green salsa was mild not a lot of flavor. Over all it was better than food I have to pay double for in California.

This place is awesome! First, I love that the food is made fresh and it is delivered hot to you. The flavors are really traditional and good portions. We ended up getting the combo to try everything.

Love eating here. It takes me to a special place in my heart. I have had the popusas multiple times here. They are deelicious every time. We get the revueltas and the one with just queso y chicharron. The curtido ia good it has a little bit of a kick. The salsa is good wish it was just a tad bit thicker. I do not do hot sauce but since food is awesome that probably is too. Yesterday my son had the carne asada burrito and chip it was so good he didn’t even give me a chance to take a picture. I had the popusa combo which was amazing. The side were yummy. It came with platano frito so tasty and the casamiento or beens in rice reminded me of my mom. I just wish they gave more of that. The Owner is always nice and the staff as well. They are very clean and food is always fresh. I do wish they were open later. Gracias

I’m a big fan of this place. Some of the best papusas I’ve had around the USA. I usually order an extra side of the cabbage and salsa and eat it for the next few days. I like pastelito as well. Ingredients are high quality and the people there are nice. Highly recommend calling ahead to pick up. It’s about 20 minutes wait if you order in person.

Nice to have an option for a variety of ethnic food in the Rogue Valley, and their El Salvadorean pupusas are delicious. Support a wonderful, hard-working family with your purchase. I go often!

Foods good, sometimes very hot, lol which is good since its fresh, service is good, since its next to a busy street, it doesn’t make it a good place to stay and eat, other than that, everything is great.

I am from Japan and luckily I have some family from El Salvador & I also travel all over the world including El Salvador pretty often as a flight attendant. I have to say, this Pupusas on Wheels is my ultimate favorite!! Not only they have a great hospitality to their customer but also their freshly made by order pupusas are so traditional and tasty!! Their curtido de repollo compliment their pupusas sky high!! I wish I live here so I can get their best pupusas all the time!! I highly recommend here to all my friends and family!! Muchas gracias Senoritas!!
