Idk what is going on with these young kids getting hired, but they look extremely unhappy and miserable, I ordered a normal cheese pizza and it came out half thin and half thick. Besides that. I watch the young man working, acting like he had nothing to do . And I watched him after waiting 5 minutes take my pizza from the table, just sitting there, to then putting it in the portal. He was on his phone and just looking like he hated life. Get it together you young generations.

Ordered online for the free soda. Went in the store and greeted nicely by the register girl. She told me they no longer had the promo. So I said why do you still have the promo. Thats false advertisment. Atleast remove the sign…. And then oh so rudely the girl in the back said “ill let my supervisor know” went to the back then they laughed it off. So i mean idc about the soda i can buy it for 1$ at dollar tree next door. But why promote a free drink if the promo is not available???

The pizza at this establishment is very very good. Very tasty and very hot. We’ve been here a few times and it never disappoints. We have ordered different toppings on our and they were all so good. This place is fast and clean as well. We ordered our online and when we went to pick it up from their warmers, they had placed it in the wrong warmer so when we put in our code the warmer door opened and there was no pizza there . It was put into the wrong warmer by accident. Other then that it’s great!

Employees are nice, but the store is like really small, it also takes a while to get your pizza, so highly recommend ordering on the app. It’s a clean place, and the employees seem organized. Sometimes it takes a while, like a long while, for certain things like bread sticks, Hawaiian pizza, etc. but overall they seem to work at a good pace.

Bad, bad atmosphere. I really don’t understand why the younger class is so disrespectful. The female worker right now 8:50p.m 5/31/24 (with pretty makeup) gave major attitude to her coworker (male) because he mentioned there were other things needed besides cashing out a drawer.
And i agree with the male worker, as i to work in custoner sevice. . She snapped back and gave attitude and tried to say he had attitude. But as I witness, The gentlemen did not have attitude towards her. This young lady needs some customer service lessons because if I witness it again, I might say something.

I ordered over the phone & asked for 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas, I asked how much for extra cheese & was told $1.75 so I said okay. Went to pick up & they had charged me $5.00 for the extra cheese & I have ordered this many times without the extra cheese. I picked up the boxes & they were very light, felt like the same weight as always. When I opened them at home the pizzas were the same as always w no extra cheese. So I basically paid a extra $5.00 for nothing.

I wouldn’t give it any stars. It is beyond unprofessional I usually order online my order was supposed to be ready 5:22 the latest i went in asking about 5 minutes after and waited another 10 minutes they said they found my pizza but instead of giving it to me to right away the guy there kept opening it not only was it cold but it was raw! I’ve had a few bad experiences lately but this is too much!

Cheese pizza had no sauce, sliced so badly i got 2 tiny pieces , the rest were too big. They work so fast they dont cook the wings all the way,,, disgusting uncooked chicken wings. Tell you what, give me an apron and I’ll give these kids a lesson or two, or three or four. Worst pizza in the valley, and im not even delicate about food at all.

They are slow and not very courteous. Their pizza quality is getting worst and worst and the prices are going higher and higher. I ordered a stuffed crust today it was so thin and soggy everything just fell apart when I picked it up never again.
