The food here looks promising but it is too salty to eat. I think the chef is too heavy handed with the salt or it is a combination of using frozen seafood such as frozen shrimp, which naturally contains higher levels of salt and adding salt to a dish on top of that. The owners are lovely and the atmosphere isn’t bad. If they can use fresh seafood instead of frozen seafood and not make the dishes too salty, I believe this restaurant can be very popular.

This is a hidden gem for Peruvian cuisine! They made everything exactly as I was hoping. Very authentic and all the best choices. They even had pisci sours! Ceviche was fresh and the lomo saltodo was perfect!
I’ve been to Peru many times and many places, so I speak from experience. This is worth checking out!

I had the pleasure of discovering a true gem of Peruvian gastronomy. This restaurant offers more than just food—it delivers a culinary journey straight to the heart of Peru.
The Huancaína risotto with lomo saltado was absolutely outstanding: a perfect blend of creamy risotto and flavorful stir-fried beef, served with a rich, concentrated jus that elevates every bite.
The authenticity is undeniable. You can feel that the chefs are truly Peruvian—their passion, technique, and respect for traditional flavors are present in every dish. We tried three different plates, and all of them were exceptional.
The ceviches also deserve a special mention: both the mixto and the carretillero mixto were fresh, well-balanced, and bursting with that signature Peruvian zest.
This place honors Peruvian cuisine with true excellence.
I can’t wait to come back—not only for the food, but to relive such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

This place has gone down hill with their food and service. I ordered arroz chaufa de carne and I got rice and steak, no eggs and so much soy sauce it’s was extremely salty. It wasn’t edible and $30 down the trash. Also they always forget to put silverware and straws for drinks to go.
