They used to fill the cup of corn really well, and add plenty of hot Cheetos. Now they are being cheap, not filling the cup well and barely any Cheetos, even though it is an extra charge. Second time now they do this. Won’t be going back, disappointed.

Came in for a small yogurt. The amount of granola the girl put in is ridiculous. I asked her to please put more and they wanted to charge me more!! Stop being stingy with small stuff as simple as granola. Paid 6 dollars for this. Ill take my money and go elsewhere next time. I understand if i would of had more than one topping but all i got was granola.

The food is usually good but the service lacks a lot. They tried charging me extra for ketchup on my fries when it comes with it….. they will try to charge you extra for anything they can even if it’s not extra. I really enjoyed coming here but won’t be back due to the service.

I ordered a paleta and found a hair in it. When I brought this issue to the manager, she accused us of planting the hair and said that we could only get a refund if we hadn’t eaten any of it. How are we supposed to know there’s a hair in it without starting to eat it?
I showed her a video of us pulling out the hair but she continued to blame us. It wasn’t until she called the owner to which they agreed to provide a replacement or refund.
This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering that I come here all the time. As a customer, I expected better treatment. If this is how they handle customer concerns now, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. The manager clearly lacks proper communication skills and customer service training.

If I can I would put ZERO starts! That’s how bad my experience was here! I called to make an order it was two yogurts, one I wanted everything but with no banana with granola, coconut, and walnuts and they still added banana and didn’t add granola! Second one I said no apples and everything else and the same toppings, toppings were good on that one but again still added apples. And I didn’t pick them up till like 45 to an hour after I called to place my order and they still took long to give me my order. My first and last time here! If y’all are looking for a good ice cream shop I recommend La Michocna Los Primos 3252 W 55th St, Chicago, IL – 60632!!!

All though it could be a little pricey this is definitely one of the best mexican paleterias there are in the region. Everything is fresh and prepared right in front of you. I’ve purchased similar items at their competitor stores *LA MICHOACANA* and it by far out does their flavor and freshness. I highly recommend this location and the one located on 14th street.
