I made my first order.
I ordered thru the App.
I wanted and asked for a taco salad with double steak, two upgrades that I paid for.
The App showed “add ons”.
I received my Taco Salad, just the meat and Spanish rice that was a choice, an included addon.
Taco salad, with nothing from the base menu item.
I called restaurant, and they told me that I received exactly what I ordered.
I stated that wasn’t true.
They made my Salad with just the add ons. No lettuce, cheese, and other items in the product description.
I added and paid extra for addons. They only put the add-ons on my order.
Then told me that I ordered incorrectly.
First and last time to order.
There is a difference between add on and only.
I paid for add ons.
Told me it was my problem.

I’ve given this place more than one chance, but today was my last attempt. I ordered 3 basic corn tortilla ground beef tacos. Cilantro, onion & lime. The meat tasted like cafeteria food & I’ve never had a tortilla fall apart so fast. Way better options around town if you’re looking for quality tacos.

This has been “hit and miss” since they’ve opened. I’ve been there 3 times so far, always during lunch break. Fair warning if you try to use the drive-thru at that time, 2 of 3 times a train was going by about 25 feet from the speaker, so you can’t hear anything. The lady asked me to come to the window and she is always super polite and nice.
The bad part is, they’ve NEVER gotten my order correct. I ask for green salsa and get red. I ask for black beans and get refried. Sometimes things are just missing completely and I don’t notice until I get back to work. Also, they just throw the plastic silverware in the bag, no separate package for cleanliness. Also, keep in mind that the prices on their website don’t match the takeout menu or drive thru menu, they all seem different.
The good thing is that the food is always fresh, warm and better than chains like Hacienda! The service and food quality get them a 3 but if they could get the other problems figured out, it might be a 5 ⭐.

I drive by this location at least twice a day and have been waiting for them to finally open. They didn’t disappoint.
They have several good menu options that should cater to everyone’s tastebuds. There is a Taco Bell very close by. Honestly, you’re better off coming here. Especially if you want something more authentic.
