I first went to this restaurant chain in Graham, WA. It was GREAT. However, at this Federal Way location, the cheese on my tacos tasted rotten, I’ve eaten better tasting linburger cheese. The guacamole on the wifes taquitos was dark brown and didn’t taste anything like guacamole. All I can say is the beer was good as we’re the rice and beans … nope, I won’t be back to that one. Update: I got sick on my dinner here, I know it was from here because I eat 1 meal a day and my one meal yesterday was from here. If you want to go to this chains restaurant, don’t choose this franchise.

Yummy food. Large portions. Strong margaritas. Celebrated my birthday here and they sang a very jolly song with sombreros and maracas. Taco Tuesday buffet available on Tuesdays for less than $10.

We went with the molcajete (a sort of stew with several grilled meats) upon the server’s suggestion and it was amazing! It’s huge, so share it between two people (or maybe even three!) We we’re really glad we went with it. My sister in law had the ultimate fajita burrito and said it was one of the top 5 best burritos she’s ever had.
Overall the servings were massive, meat was delicious, and service was fast.

Great food, generous portions, friendly service. Loved the chips, salsa, pico de gallo and refried bean dip! My friend and I both had enchilada platters. I’ve eaten at another location before. But I’ll definitely be back to this one.

My food (Tostada minus guac & sour cream) was soggy and flavorless, before I needed to request 3 bowls of salsa for flavor. What is all the liquid from???
Lemonade was water of something, no tartness. I added to have a strawberry lemonade and couldn’t even drink it.
Service was horrible. I had to wait to get my salsa, my food was over half gone by the time it finally came. I needed a few napkins, water refilled and a faster way to choke down the meal. No one checked on me.
As we waited to pay our bill, a waitress wanted to seat us. We should have run. This lunch was a very expensive disappointment.

My Husband and I went to this place yesterday on our way to the Mariners game.
We had wonderful service. My husband asked for a hotter salsa. They brought two different ones to the table. Both of these were definitely hot. I had a chicken fajita salad. The chicken was moist, and tender. I had cilantro lime dressing with this. It was their own homemade dressing. It was very good. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a four, was because it was a little dark sitting on the bar side.
My Husband had a salad with carne asada. He said it was one of the best he ever had.
The salads were big, and neither one of us could finish the whole thing.
If you want good Mexican food this is the place to go.

Rigo was amazing! If you want 5 star service he is the guy! Not too many servers give great service but I promise you, Mr rigo will not disappoint. Big shoutout to Puerto Vallarta! Thank you for the amazing service.
