We were visiting great friends who made the reservations. It was awesome. The four of us shared everything. A very nice bruschetta started things. We had the scallops and crab crepe as appetizers, then veal with red and white sauces over basil and mozzarella, shrimp and pompano, and grouper, both over pastina. Chef Rich was a Temple alumnus, as was Gene, our host. We were treated to table #1, and had the best view of the preparations. It was impressive.

What an incredible experience we called at the last moment, and they got us a table right by the chef, amazing talent how he put out so many meals at one time is beyond any expectation our food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. He’s an incredible chef and LINDA and the family are wonderful at making you feel comfortable with great attention to service. We can’t wait to go back

I came in the other night and had a spectacular experience. The tortellini is phenomenal and I will be coming back. Watching Chef Eric working is such an honor and a truly enjoyable experience, dinner and a show easily worth the price point.

We arranged our ladies night at Puccini. We got there early and was refused entrance until 6 pm when we were told to be there at 5:30. Imagine 37 women standing outside in the cold until after 6. They could have allowed us I. Since we reserved the entire restaurant. The tables were all set at 5:30. It’s a BYOB policy… we could have sat and had our own wine. But no! We were scolded for knocking to see if they were ready for us. Told if we took up more of their time we wouldn’t get in at 6!

Puccinis is closed on Mondays but agreed to host our ladies night out group of 38 women. Hailey was our liaison at the restaurant and she was helpful and nice. We were told there was a new owner and a new chef and we wanted to give this restaurant a second try…although the prior owners were so temperamental most of us had stopped going here.

I am posting this after having dined at Puccini’s recently. I won’t go into details about my meal other than to say that it did not meet expectations. A few days later I decided to google the restaurant to see what others thought. I was appalled to read the replies the owner gave to those who were critical. To call a patron to the restaurant a “drunk old hag” is totally unacceptable. There were other similarly nasty replies. You can read them for yourself. Knowing that this is how the owner choses to respond to criticism will result in me never going back.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our reservations were for 530 but made us stand on the sidewalk for an hour. After we were seated for a half hour the cook announced that our leader had made a mistake and if we wanted to see the email he would show it to us. Supporting her we all walked out. He lost 36 people times $50 a head.

Our experience at Puccini’s was not positive. We, a party of 5, had reservations at 6 PM. From the very onset the wait staff and manager/owner were obviously pushing us very hard to rush through our meal so as not to jeopardize their next seating at 8 PM, which we were not aware of. It was total chaos. When they showed up with our main course we were still working on the appetizers. We asked them to please give us some time complete the apps. This was before 7 PM. Then it really got interesting as they removed the main courses and said there would not be any further service provided to our table and that was the end of our experience. What was to be an enjoyable New Years Eve experience turned to confrontation and belligerence. Never again.
