Went to Proper Brewing and really enjoyed it. I had the poutine burger and it was delicious. The gravy is amazing. My wife had the pesto chicken sandwich and liked it, though she was not a huge fan of the Kale pesto, but she liked the sandwich after she removed the heavier kale. She also had an Oreo shake that hit the spot on a hot day in July.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here – so much so that we went twice in one day! Great selection of their own beers on tap that were all very solid and we really enjoyed sipping on them on a hot Utah day. Also a variety of fun cocktails as well as wine and beer from other breweries; they even have non-alcoholic and gluten-free beer options! We came back lost-hike for burgers – my husband got the M.O.A.B. And I got the Bollywood (a vegan burger with a house-made patty that was so yum!) we finished it off with an Oreo shake. Everything was wonderful. Plenty of parking (more in back), all the workers were extremely friendly and engaged with us, and the vibes are great for spending quality time with friends. Would thoroughly recommend and excited to go back!

Please! Turn down the lights! Pipe in great music! Whats with the teeny tiny speakers in the bar? The bar is lit up light an operating room! Thank goodness the bartender is welcoming and engaging. Our drinks were really good. The food was great. I had the Hipster with chicken and a side of delicious onion rings. Thank you chef for to NOT over cooking the chicken breast! It was juicy as it should be :). Are you going to add wood fired pizza to the menu? With this location you would kill it! All the hotels and campgrounds at that end of town! Your missing a huge market that is rapidly developing right in front of you. $$$$$$$

I recently visited the new brewery in Moab and had a great experience! The beer selection was fantastic, with the hazy beers being a personal favorite. The Blizzard Wizard was particularly refreshing after a hike. One minor suggestion would be to include the alcohol percentage on the menus for those who are mindful of their intake.

Beer was just okay. We ordered a pitcher of Do Less IPA. It was not great and very bland for an IPA. We are from the Pacific Northwest, and our IPAs have a lot more flavor, IBU, and alcohol content. This was like drinking a Coors Light. The Proper burger was good, but the bun was completely soggy when the food was delivered. The Flying Hawaiian was okay. A lot of different flavors going on. The spicy brown mustard on it was not great, and I scraped off what I could. Didn’t come with any sides, so we ordered fries which were good and not overly salty.

This place was amazing. We had the best plant based burger ever. Prior to going we called and checked the menu to make sure of the available options. We ordered the garden burger on gf bun, 2 DaVinci’s on gf bun and a kids vegan burger on gf bun. All with vegan cheese.

Great spot for a burger! Really awesome selection of choice, and I love how you first choose your protein and then choose your burger flavours – it means there are loads of options for veggies and vegans!

Recommendation from one of the locals to try Proper Brewing Co. It was fine. Nothing too special. Kids seemed to enjoy their burgers, but no one was wowed. I tried the Proper Cobb and it was ok. Also nothing too special. Lettuce was still very large so you’ll need to do some chopping. You order up front, take a number and they will bring the food out and drinks. You get your own non alcoholic drinks and water.
