This was a great stop for the night, especially because we could walk from the hotel next door. Just a typical bar though. We sat on the bar side so we could eat and drink. Service was pretty slow and atmosphere was loud, but we enjoyed the food.

The burgers here are pretty good! I had the Moab and added bacon. My buddy had the notorious p.i.g. Definitely recommend here after a day of hiking.

Everything was great. The beers and food were delicious. My wife got the mushroom Swiss burger and I got the fiery furnace chicken sandwich. Both were fantastic. We both opted for a side of salad and they were big portions. The server was friendly and efficient. We sat outside and loved the views.

Spent a long day driving and poking around Moab today. Needed a good place to relax and and the day. Went here for a burger and it was great. Sat on the back porch and the atmosphere was great. Relay food food selection and atmosphere. Service was right on. Always there to help. Megan was always near by to answer questions and refill.

Top notch beer selection and amazing crafted beer. We tried several and they were all good. We bought 8 cans to later try. The Lake Effect & That’s a Rattlin were two of our favorites that we enjoyed as pints. The food was delicous. We went the appetizer route with poutine & pulled pork, along with nachos. That poutine was stellar. We’ll probably be back weekly for that and their amazing beer. Can’t wait to try all their other food options.

The bar area has a dark background making the room feel small and dreary. The food was bar style. Very salty.
The beer was good .

I don’t leave reviews often and by no means am I perturbed. But I just wanted to give a recommendation to the staff and manager, as it could be a staffing or management issue. Having food come out hot and fresh means a lot! Our burgers and fries tasted like they had been sitting for 10 minutes. Luke warm at best. The taste was fine, but just getting it out hot and fresh would have made all the difference. Still a nice place to eat with a great beer menu.

We stopped in for some beers and snacks and to watch an NBA game — we ended up staying for HOURS. The beers are top notch and they have a great selection of styles! Only shared some buffalo chicken but it was delicious. All of the bartenders are attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with! We’ll be back!

After 2 disappointing, expensive Moab dinners we decided to give Proper a try. Wow. These are burgers from heaven! My house made vegan black burger was not only the best I’ve ever eaten, it was perfectly cooked with nice crispy edges. Husband’s Moab burger was also fantastic. Ingredients are high quality and the bun almost has a brioche like quality. We also had tomato soup, probably the best we’d ever eaten. All this for far less $ – AND we had a beer flight here but no alcohol at the other spots. We loved it so much, we went back the very next day! Great spot to unwind post hiking, very friendly service. Total winner for us!

The food was excellent. I got the poutine which was very well balanced with the gravy and curds. The wife got the tomato soup. (She promptly stated after finishing “id lick that bowl”)
The service was amazing, barely got to our table and the hostess already had waters for us. The server was directly behind her ready to take our drink order. Was very helpful and suggested several beer choices. Ended up getting a flight of 6 different beers and they were all fantastic- better than any of the beers you can get at the “Moab Brewery”
The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing after a long day of adventures. Initially when we got here, there was a light bulb out above our seat. Unprompted and very quickly, our server notified the manager of the light bulb and they fixed it within 20 minutes.
Overall, phenomenal place to go for beer and food. 10/10 would recommend. Dont waste your money at the “moab brewery” go here instead.
