I don’t even know where to begin this place is the best. The shakes are all amazing, the workers are always so friendly and in a good mood. They have an inscan body scale that does a break down of your body which is super helpful& the employees take their time to go over the results with you. I recently started the meal plan but there’s no pressure to cancel or pause unlike any other places. & the food is GOOD! I’ve tried the rise and shine tacos& Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese & they were amazing! The owners of this one – Heather and her husband Joe- are great people. I also love the fact that I can scan/search the food on my fitness pal& it logs it correctly with ease. I found this gem after joining burn boot camp and I’m so happy I did! Try it you won’t regret it!

I had an amazing experience here this morning! Their healthy options are fantastic, and the protein shake I tried was absolutely delicious—10/10! It was fresh, creamy and gave me the perfect post-workout boost. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for nutritious and tasty food. Will definitely be coming back!

Love their shakes ! I’m also subscribed for the meal service plan. The meals are delicious and there is a good variety to choose from. Everyone that works there is always super friendly! I also love that they have the inbody scan to help you track your progress.

Everything about this place is 10/10!!! From the minute you walk in the customer service has never been anything but phenomenal. The shakes are absolutely amazing!!! I also am subscribed for the meals which taste great and make life so easy being able to throw them in the air fryer or microwave.
