Great food , located at the headquarters of Starbucks, crafted coffee was served, everything was excellent, except it was expensive, it almost cost us 50-55$ for 2 people,i would recommend it if you didn’t try Princi Bakery, they serve the tastiest pastries.

I love Princi because it has delicious italian pastry and I always enjoy food here. Last time I was a little dissapointed because I ordered my favorite lasagna, but the portion this time was smaller compared to the other lasagnas that I have tried here before. The bread was different too. I added some pictures of the lasagna before and you can see the change of the portion. Hope they give more lasagna next time or I will stop ordering it even though it is my favorite lasagna in Seattle. Apart from this I would like to add that the service here is excelent, the drinks are very tasty, fancy and not as expensive as other places. I love the store and the place in general is perfect to study or to hangout with friends!

Starbucks owned extended food line Princi Kitchen! If you call reserve store an experience and this should be second in your list.

Great layout. Reserve HQ. Love the indoor fireplace. Went by during evening hours and staff were busy completing tasks and less focused on customer service (minus 1 star). Was never greeted once when walking around all the bars. Limited bakery items but was able to try a delicious croissant style cinnamon roll!

You ask for a salad and you get lettuce hearts which you have to find a knife to cut all the leaves. Seriously

We were expecting a sit-down restaurant, it’s not. Mostly it’s a selection of cold sandwiches which were tasty but would have been better warm. Separate long line for cocktails. Very crowded due to Mariners game, so there was very limited seating.

The bicerin coffee with pistachio cream was yummy! Layer of chocolate topped by an espresso shot, topped by a not-too-sweet pistachio foam. The pizzas are also good ; they cut up a large slice into smaller pieces so that it is easier to share. Tried the chocolate cake with caramelized hazelnuts which was yumm! The pain au chocolat and croissant is o.k. those you can get better elsewhere.

High quality pastries baked on site. Best tiramisu I’ve had in my life. Will definitely go back to try more items.

Nice decor and all but I have to say I was disappointed. Ridiculous pricing aside, the tiramisu was not done quite properly. Firstly, they cheaped out on savoiardi, which is a big no no. If you’re gonna go with a cake layer to simplify the recipe you gotta really soak it with strong espresso. I don’t taste espresso at all. That’s why you use savoiardi. Because they soak espresso like a dry sponge! I think this was exacerbated by the overly thick layer of chocolate powder on the top. The chocolate powder layer should be very thin, it being just a garnish. Both espresso and cocoa powder give bitter and nutty flavor so they compete with each other. Espresso is the main point of tiramisu and should never be overpowered. Finally, mascarapone cream was too fluffy and lacked coherence. I think this was partly due to too little egg yolk and too much cream. Mascarapone cream needs to be creamy, rich, and slightly sweet. It failed in all three. Egg yolk is the bond that holds them all together and the balance just wasn’t there. If this was sold at a local bakery, I would have been optimistic but this was a recipe created by those possibly getting paid in six figures so no not impressed at all. My guess is they set the price target first and thought excess of everything will justify the price tag, which ruined the recipe spectacularly. Oh well, it looked like it was selling well so who cares.
