The Vineland Store was our go to for years. We order nearly every week. We always go through the app for a delivery order since I am disabled and my husband cares for me and my elderly Mom who has Alzheimer’s. We had a problem with an order in the past that, after a lot of conversation, was finally handled by the manager, Jordan-he did the right thing at the time. Today we had another issue in which one of our sandwiches was made completely wrong. This time we were put on the phone with the owner, Claude (no last name given). After explaining our situation and the issue, we were told that the only way they can help us is if we bring the sandwich back. We again explained that the reason we order delivery is out of necessity and paid the extra $7 delivery charge and tip. He understood that we were unable to physically go to the store. Still, we were given one solution. Come to our store and bring it back and we can help you. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE.
The owner was rude and when we mentioned that his manager had resent door dash last time this happened, he said that was a special circumstance. It was the exact same situation. Primos needs to figure out how to run a successful delivery service or leave it to the other delivery services. They are inept at dealing with delivery order mistakes. If you can’t physically go to the store, don’t order. As a disabled woman, I feel like 1 am being treated as a sub-par customer. I will never order from this store again. It’s a shame when the owner needs to take lessons from their manager. I called corporate and reached out via email five times and have yet to receive a response.

Sandwich was okay but ordered for pickup on a Monday night, it said it would be done by 6.36. I got there they said 10 minutes so I went next store to the dollar tree came back and they said another 10 minutes. Then the girl had gloves on and was putting her hair up, felt very unsanitary. Great sandwiches most of the time but this night was very disappointing.

I come here basically because where else can I get a seeded roll sub in Vineland NJ on football Sunday that never disappoints , America’s favorite sandwich shop . The mild Italian and regular Italian primo with added long hots !! Mmmm delicious! Primo hoagies locations never seem to disappoint also to add there chip and soda collections are always great ! This location and the runnemede location are my two favorites !

Veggie Diablo from Primos in Vineland on 16MAR24. Nothing but eggplant and cheese. Not the quality we’d expect from this institution known for subs. Not up to par from past experiences. Please do better in the future. Extra star is only because the Italian sub was spot on.

If you can get past the smell in there maybe you’ll be better off than we were the hoagies were gross. Didn’t ask for oregano but I got a plethora of it all over the lettuce. Makes me think they drop all the lettuce into a bin that falls off everyone else’s Hoagie and re uses it. The bread was so soft and gooey. I was able to pull a dough ball out. $23 for 2 small hoagies. Hard pass on coming back.

l came in the store and talked to the nice lady Antonia trying to order a catering tray and was very helpful telling me about the catering options. I also ordered some hoagies for tonight and didn’t know much about this store but she was guiding me through everything. She was very nice and sweet. Very quick with slicing the sub as well. The food place itself was very clean for a fast food restaurant and everyone was nice. The corn beef shawartzie and whacked chicken is very good!

There was virtually any chopped cheese steak meat on the roll,; had to literally open the roll and move the lettuce and tomato aside to make sure it was actually a cheese steak… definitely didn’t resemble the very misleading photo on the wall.
