Paid $11 for a small bacon egg and cheese. Waited 5 min for it to come out and I was the only person there. Best part: there was a twist tie in the damn sandwich. First AND LAST time going here. Do not recommend.

If you’re in the 34th Street area near Madison Square Garden and craving a solid burger , definitely stop by Burger Joint. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the milkshake was spot on — creamy and delicious. Great spot for a quick, satisfying bite!

DO NOT waste your money. After waiting almost a half hour, I received room temp, BLAND fries with a mid burger. The portions were also insanely small (see picture) for what I paid $24+. The portion sizes could’ve been forgiven had this meal been at least decent, it was a complete miss. The fries weren’t hot, and were tasteless. The burger, although it was hot, was simply edible. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don’t waste your money. I was so pissed at how bad this meal was I started this review while in the station after a few bites of fries.

I’m giving this review a solid 3 because I’m a kind person. As a native New Yorker I love the renovation of the Moynihan Train Hall and on this day I was craving a burger and I was so disappointed with the burger I purchased at the Burger Joint. It is overly priced, and small. For the price I paid they could have thrown in some fries. So disappointed, it almost brings me to tears. Come on guys get your act together!

When you go to this location ask for Gerard, who has the best customer service, and will make sure your order comes out perfect.
Stopped by today, and Gerard did not disappoint! Had several colleagues visit from the Philadelphia area, and I wanted them to try the Burger Joint.
All of our orders came out perfect, the food was prepared fresh, and I could not ask for better service.
Whenever I am in the mood for a burger in NYC., the Burger Joint at Moynihan Train Hall is my preferred location. Not to mention, love the music from the bar area! Cool, trendy, hot spot to dine, even if your not catching a train.

Ordered a $15.95 hamburger (it’s NY, that’s standard). I ordered it medium because I had a feeling “medium rare” in a place like this would be risky. When I got it 10 minutes later (not bad for lunchtime) it was not only pink inside, but cold. About as basic of a hamburger as you would get at your uncle’s BBQ. The bun was almost-stale, and as soon as I bit into it I knew I wasted my money.
Service was quick and the cashier was polite, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for food here.

Burgers are overpriced yes, but it’s nyc so sure. The real sin is these burgers aren’t even good. The meat isn’t seasoned and it was oily and messy. Do yourself a favor and go downstairs towards Penn and grab a shake shack or any of the delis outside if you have time. This burger is bad and the lack of a line during lunch while everything else has a queue should speak volumes. I was in the mood for a burger though so I ignored the signs to my own detriment.
