we have been going to restaurant since 2006. first few years were great, atmosphere awesome, food awesome steak. Every year it seems to go down down down. We had 7:00 reservations for 10 people. waited for waitor who was the only one for the outside tables. Tried to order multiple bottles of wine that were unavailable (must have looked at wine menu 3 times ) . Finally ordered dinner at 8:30. Steak came out cold and was fair. We left restaurant after hearing carts going back and fourth and umbrellas being closed. Our bill came to 420.00 a couple …..only to find out that we were overcharged a full bottle of wine. the credited whoever used a charge card the next day after one couple reviewed receipt. But we also had tipped the waiter with that charge of bottle of wine. We will not be returning to Prime. Went to another rest in Saratoga Srings and will find them to be our go to next year and years forward. ;-(( Bye Bye

Everything about our experience was a notch above the rest. The Resteraunt from the minute you drive up is spectacular. Upon entry you are greeted by beauty. This is just the beginning. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. Highly recommend.

I took my mother there for her 80th birthday along with one of her close friends and my brother from Denver. The service was excellent as was some of the food, however thr majority of the porterhouse for 2 was inedible for the gristle and all of the shellfish was tough. When I mentioned the steak to the wait staff, he just shrugged it off. I emailed Mazzone Hospitality with my feedback, both good and bad and never even got a response. I expect when you spend over $700 for dinner for 4, they might care about it a little more.

This is such a beautiful venue. The grounds are spectacular. The customer service is excellent. I do want to dine here next visit. We attended The Feast of the Fields yesterday evening, and it was a great turnout. The event was a fun-filled, delicious evening featuring top chefs preparing small plates from fresh ingredients harvested by local farms, along with enticing products and drinks from local producers. A silent auction filled with items and experiences from local businesses and artisans.

Made res for 10 for 730 pm . Celebrate several family birthdays. Sat promptly. Service slow all evening w big wedding going on . Understaffed for sure . Steaks cooked properly but served cool . Bad . Angelo Mazzone used to get the details right. Not any more . 1154 dollars later so slow 1015 to get dessert .

Their chowder is good. Really developed broth flavor. That’s the only thing I can tell you about their food, because the only time I can afford to eat here is during Chowderfest. Still, I enjoy my yearly visit for chowder

Sitting at what is suppose to be a very good restaurant and all you hear is f——! Not a great way to enjoy a dinner that was just ok. Steak was tough and service was just ok. Very disappointing and definitely will not be returning.

Classically beautiful exterior with a conservative and classy interior. Excellent staff service upon arrival. Amazing bartending assistance. Great selection of cocktails. Gorgeous views from terrace outside dining. Good table service, excellent time on the food delivery. Outstanding quality of the food. Our steak was a little overcooked, table service did forget a couple side items. Overall the entire experience was very good from start to finish. Prices are moderately high. Access to all areas of dining are handicap accessible.
