Let me start by saying this place was simply amazing in all aspects of our dining experience. The service, the food, the ambience are just simply amazing. Even the drinks were served in chilled glasses. We stopped by for our Anniversary dinner. This place was neat and clean and very elegant. Once we were seated Jay or server came over to bring us bread and get our drink orders. Our drinks were out fast, then Jay took our food order. I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail for Appetizer to share. For our main course I got the 12oz Ny Strip med well with a Lobster Tail on top and the wife got the 6oz Filet Mignon med well with a Lobster Tail on top. For our sides we got the Baked Potato and Honey Buttered Baby Carrots. Now for the review starting with the Bread, it was warm, fresh and very good. The Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail was spectacular in size and served chilled. Our Lobster was done perfect and served with hot butter. The Steaks were done to perfection very good and tasty. The Baked Potato was served with Sour Cream Butter on the side. The Carrots were al dente and so tasty. All our food was hot and so flavorful. Jay, our server was right on point with service. This entire night was perfect thanks to Prime 239. I have reviewed over 187 places in the southwest Florida area, and this makes the top 5. If I could give this place 6 stars I would but I must give it a 5 plus. I can’t wait to go back.

Oysters were cold and delicious! French onion soup was great, it had a light beef broth which was a nice change. Filet was tender and cooked perfectly. We went for our anniversary. Glad we made reservations. The place was packed for a Monday night. They gave us an anniversary card. That was so nice and when we ordered dessert (forgot to take a picture) it came with sparklers. Creme Brûlée was delicious. It is $$$ but worth-it for a special occasion.

More than a meal — a memorable experience dining at Prime 239. From the attentive service to the delectable food, everything was top shelf. The Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon certainly did not disappoint, perfectly seasoned with a melt-in-your-mouth texture you won’t find anywhere else in the Cape. Paired with an impressive wine list with some sophisticated selections — I chose the Wild Fighter Cabernet to complement my wagyu filet. Our server, Freddy, was thorough, friendly, and made some fantastic recommendations. Try the Lobster Bisque, which is as generous with fresh lobster meat as it is flavorful and rich. Lovely atmosphere inside and out — my friends and I sat outside on the patio, which was much quieter than inside on a Friday night. Overall, I highly recommend trying out Prime 239 when you’re in the Cape Coral area. It left an impression.

We had a very pleasant experience at this steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive without overbearing and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They had a special called ” Prime Time Dining” from 4-6pm for $55 which consisted of a soup or salad, a main entree and dessert. We chose the salad and lobster bisque. Afterwards we had the braised pork osso bucco and 6oz filet mignon. As a dessert we each had the caramel apple crisp. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an outstanding meal in a comfortable and classy setting.
Update- today we went for another dinner because the previous one was so delightful however it turned into a huge disappointment . We ordered what we had ordered last time..soup/ salad..filet mignon / braised pork shank…dessert. The braised pork shank..beautiful to look at but ice cold inside. We called the waiter to let him know the pork was ice cold inside. His response…oh. we can heat that up for you. Really! I didn’t know the steakhouse followed in line with Burger King ” have it your way…warmed up after the fact”
What a disappointment no sincere we are sorry nothing like that but rather let me heat it up for you and bring back the same plate.

Cafe here tonight with another couple. OMG the food was outstau!!! I found it a bit loud for conversation at the high top but will definately go back for the food. Honestly I can’t say enough about it. I started with shrimp cocktail (my husband says they were close to add good as Ruth’s Chris ‘s but I say they were way better). We both had Caesar salad, oh my gosh, sooo delicious! My main meal was their rabbit special with parsnip puree. Outstanding and enough for another full meal. We added loaded mashed potatoes and fries to share, also mouth watering! I will definately go back. I’m sorry I don’t remember our waitress name (March 7/26 6:15pm), she was great! Leader time for parking. It’s free but it took us 10 minutes to find a spot.

We went to prime 239 for New Year’s Eve dinner. What a great way to kick in the new year. The food was excellent. I had a filet with the loaded mashed potatoes on the side.
Even though the restaurant was super busy on a holiday evening, the staff was spot on. Great servers great staff all the way around to make it a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend prime 239 for a nice evening out!

Service was top notch. Waitress engaged in conversation and extremely polite. Food was cooked to perfection. Great crust and flavor. Drinks were made properly and tasted great. Would definitely recommend and would go to again.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and everything was incredible! The waiter was genuinely friendly and did an excellent job. The lighting was not too bright and not too dim. We started out with the ciabatta bread that was served with a delicious pumpkin butter! To die for! We both had filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly medium. We cut through it like butter and it melted in our mouths. I got a baked potato that was cooked perfectly, and he ordered loaded garlic mashed potatoes that had cheese and bacon. Awesome! The asparagus was so crisp and yummy! For dessert we shared the caramel apple crumble with vanilla bean ice cream. So good! I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. This was one of the best meals we have ever had.

The prime rib was cut to perfection tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The steak fries tasted fresh, and the sides like the creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were delicious. My friend ordered the chicken dish, which looked so good I’d actually consider getting it next time (and I rarely order chicken). Our server was attentive and kind, and the indoor dining area had a comfortable, upscale vibe. The only downside was the outdoor seating, there were quite a few flies, so if that might bother you, I’d definitely recommend sitting inside to enjoy the full experience.
