The last time I went to this Wendy’s it was one of the best Wendy’s experiences I’ve had. Sometimes it can be a hit or miss depending upon a number of factors. I’ve been here before and it has been a rougher experience with cold burger etc. Thankful the most recently time everything was hot, and the order was made correctly. The staff new what they were doing!

Went through the drive through service was a little cold. Shoulder did not seem happy to be there. Fries were good hot and fresh.

1130. 30 mins before close. If you aren’t mobile or Door Dash we can’t help you…? Why does Google not say that? So we asked so we need to place a order on line then. The guys answer ” no I wouldn’t we have alot of orders to do”. Oh ok you don’t want your place of busn. Work to thrive. Say less. Then back ground the females sounded as if they were parting, not making orders. Wendy’s your late night employees NO Bueno, unprofessional and my grandbaby needed nuggets.

We come her all the time as the Wendy’s by Walmart is completely worse. I have gotten cold fries before but we normally dine in and the staff is more than willing to swap it out. This place does get crowded sometimes but normally they are very quick.

Drive thru service:
I ordered a taco salad and confirmed it came with chili. When I got home, there was none. I drove back, skipped the order line, and went straight to pickup. Three employees saw me, yet ignored me even after I tapped the horn twice. Only after the third time did someone finally open the window.
The same employee I had spoken with earlier immediately said, “I didn’t bag it,” instead of apologizing. Then another worker, who had been standing there the entire time, casually handed me the chili—it had been sitting on the counter all along.
Mistakes happen. But ignoring a customer, refusing to acknowledge the error, and failing to offer even a simple “sorry” is beyond unprofessional. If this is how they handle a basic order and customer service, I would strongly caution anyone about wasting their time and money here.

Disgusting! & potentially DANGEROUS! What is this?? Mold? After drinking my coke I opened my lid to eat the ice and discovered a black moldy ring on the lining of the inside of my cup! And black pieces of … something …. inside of the ice! I could not scrape it off so it was actually INSIDE the ice. Maybe their ice maker hasn’t been cleaned in a while and their cups are kept in a moist and that’s not kept dry? Idk what this black stuff is but do NOT eat here!

Will NEVER buy food from this Wendy’s again. Attitude was was plenty, the fries were cold and this location has gone downhill fast.
