This place is definitely a little piece of heaven. I decided to bring myself here because I heard you could feed the long horns and I was instantly on cloud 9. The property is stunning with amazing views. The animals are so cute and friendly. I will definitely be back. I want to try their food next time. Due to my excitement I couldn’t eat but I did purchase a t shirt on my way out.

Food here is phenomenal old school burgers first time being here customer service fantastic, old school double bacon cheeseburger best burger I’ve had in awhile and that house sauce was great with the seasoned fries will be back again

Great place to grab a burger. The cafe is inside Preston Trails Farms, which is a mash up of a hardware store and a gift shop. The staff is super friendly, and there is even a petting farm out back where you can feed various farm animals for $4/bucket. There is also a covered patio in the back with picnic tables – dogs are welcome, so long as they’re leashed. The only negative was the cafe was out of some menu items, and their soda fountain was out of order. We’ll definitely be back … maybe this fall for the pumpkin harvest. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Cool stop!!! Biscuit and gravy/sausage was hot and yummy. Egg sammich was the tops also.
Teen at Cafe counter was refreshingly energetic and polite!!! That kid’s going a long way!!! The lady running the hardware/goodies part of the store was Sooooooper also.
As We passed the coin operated Pony and Bull…we almost tripped over the chikkken as we walked in the front door.
Bought my grandson a pony whilst there for $6.
Gotta take him there to ride the Coin Operated one

The menu highlights on Google maps did not match the chalkboard menu in store. It is in a corner of a farm store. No booths, but a few small metal tables and chairs. We did not eat here because there was nothing available the I could eat (wheat allergy).

What a great seasonal day trip. It’s worth the drive. Inexpensive and plenty of photo ops and activities for the kiddos. Lots of friendly animals to feed and pet. There is a easy to negotiate maze. Which is nice when chasing a two year old. There is a hay ride for the family and a smaller tractor train that pulls barrels full of little ones and cramped moms and dads. It’s ok your legs go to sleep after 90 seconds or so. They offer bbq and soda etc… Get there early cause it gets crowded fast.

A truly great place for such a small town. From hardware to clothes to farm supplies. This place has saved me a few trip to the city. The food is great quality at a fair price. So glad this came to Gunter.

Their website claims this place is “affordable” but it isn’t really, it’s the same price as every other cafe. $8.70 for one burrito & $8.49 for a plate. We couldn’t find a menu /prices anywhere online so we just drove 20 min. to see . My husband can’t eat pork products and 99% of their breakfast is pork, we asked if they had turkey suasage or turkey bacon they didn’t but they said they could do turkey meat for the breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich only, we were happy how accommodating they were so my husband could eat! As for their breakfast plate, eggs and toast were good, hash brown was like the mcdonalds hash brown not real hash Browns. & they charge for water cups? Not bottled water, just small cups of water. Interior is cool & we were only ones there so no long wait and enough seating. We wouldn’t be back for breakfast but would like to come back for lunch.
