I genuinely don’t understand this place. We’ve been here many times—sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s… not. Tonight officially broke the streak.
I ordered a margarita that arrived in a beer glass and tasted like condensed lime juice that once heard about tequila in passing. Bold choice.
For dinner, I tried the enchiladas potosinas (new item). What I received were room-temperature enchiladas filled with paper-thin, gray “beef” that looked like it had given up on life.
My wife ordered pollo con crème, which turned out to be boiled chicken mixed with sour cream and what I can only describe as resentment.
I’m not saying never come here—but maybe don’t come on a Thursday. Or at least bring low expectations and a sense of humor

Came in for lunch on a Saturday with a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Not very busy, we were seated quickly.
Attentive waitress, all orders were correct, food came out quickly.
Typical Mexican restaurant vibe. Good service, good food.
This was our second time here.

Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere. We had the street tacos, jumbo burrito, fajitas and the cool entree with the fire (forgot the name). Everything was yummy. Consistently good food and service. Highly recommend!!!

After going a few times it felt like home. The staff is great and very friendly.. One waiter will see us coming and have our drinks on the table in just a few minutes. The food is always freshly made and delicious. Hands down the best Mexican restaurant within 50 miles or more!

We’ve been here a couple times now. Great little local Mexican place. Very extensive menu with very reasonable prices. Not hard to get a full meal for just $15. A la carte options add a lot of flexibility if you want to split or get food for someone less hungry.
Photos contain the complete menu as of 2/23/25

Very cute and colorful place! The queso and salsa had a slight spice to them (yum!) The rice was great! I had the chicken quesadilla which was good, but a bit salty. My husband had the nachos special, which he said was fresh. The ground beef could have had more flavor though. The portions were big and the price was less than $15 for each of us.

They seemed pretty short staffed for a Friday night. I ordered the Chapla margarita, which was very watered down. It took forever for our food to arrive, but I did enjoy the specialty dish I ordered called the mini trompo al pastor. It was so tender and flavorful! After eating three full tortillas, I still had plenty for leftovers. Overall, I would say the food was good if you were looking for authentic Mexican.
