I will not be coming back more than likely., the lady with brown hair and a bun. Fyi her name is Hailey fuller. Had an attitude with my husband and I. Knysa did a wonderful job works her butt off and gets her job done. But if another coworker is literally mean mugging and having an attitude just because we were talking about the coupons is ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate over this. I have worked in food business for years and to have someone work their and be as disrespect as the lady with brown hair in a bun. I know how fast food works so this WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AND PLEASE DONT TRY TO COVER IT UP IVE SEEN MANAGER AND CORPORATE MAKE SOMETHING UP SO THEY ALL DONT GET INTO TROUBLE AND SAVE THEIR BUTTS!!!!! Yall I just had the worst breakfast known to man kind from the Bardstown, KY Dairy Queen. I ordered a 1/2 biscuit and gravy, hash brown and small 1/2 & 1/2 sweet tea. I will say the service was okay no complaints there. But ya’ll this food was absolutely disgusting. My biscuit and gravy was ice cold, so I warmed it up and it tasted like a powdery mess…the hashbrown was also cold, heated it up and ate it…the stain you see on the bag is from the so dang greasy hashbrown…my total was only $4.38 but it is still my hard earned money that I choose where to spend it….needless to say it will NEVER be at the Dairy Queen in Bardstown, KY

Go in the drive thru order a lg blizzard with extra cheese cake in it an drive home to find out there’s no damn cheese cake in it at all so I call up there and guy says he made it and he put some in it but there’s nothing scam artists in there

Went through the drive through and ordered a blizzard for myself n strawberry sundae for a friend. It was amazing like always and the wait in the drive through was only about 3 minutes and we had of ice creams. No issues what so ever. Butterfinger Blizzard by the way are the best. Filled with just the right amount and the texture of the ice cream is very smooth and creamy..

Went thru drive thru. Woman took my money then handed me the Blizzard with no “thank you”, “have a good night”, or speaking to me at all. I pulled into parking lot and went inside and returned it for a refund due to bad customer service. The manager on duty gave the refund but no apology. I then went to Sonic where drive thru person said “hello” when I got to window and “thank you ” when she gave me my food. Fast food isn’t cheap these days. Good service would be nice.
