While my coffee was delicious, my “whole salad” was served in a small bowl. I was also disappointed in the overall grilled cheese portion for the price. Overall, the food was average but overpriced for the portion. The caramel brûlée coffee was great (you have to ask for the whipped cream – it doesn’t come standard as website picture suggests)!

Great coffee shop and bakery. We picked up some coffees and a few gifts while there. Such a cool place in down town.

Had lunch here and we were not disappointed. It was delicious! Both of us had the chicken tortilla soup and I had a harvest salad, husband had house salad. I also tried a cardamon knot and I highly recommend it. It’s just the right amount of sweetness. Go here, you will enjoy it.

Absolutely love this place. Visited three times in the two days I spent in Minot and plan on going back on the last leg of our trip. Very cool specialty coffee shop with lots of personality and unique bakery items. The staff is funny and friendly, and everything in the shop (decor, tchotchkes, etc) is a conversation starter. There are so many coffee and pastry options and everything was so flavorful. One of my favorite coffee joints.

First time in Minot, had some time before my air flight, decided to explore.
Walked into the Prairie Sky Breads and am so happy I did! They were highlighting a local band playing folk and country songs, featuring electric harmonica, ukulele, and guitars, and do very good! A great vibe to start the return leg of my journey. I wanted to be a little adventurous, The barista recommended new to me chai tea with an espresso shot, which was fantastic.

I only stopped in to purchase a loaf of Gluten Free sourdough bread. The bread was amazing! Walking into the store, you can tell that it’s a favorite of many. Very busy place and has a great eclectic atmosphere to it. Definitely a spot I would go again. Perfect for a girls day spot for some coffee and food.

Best bakery in Minot! I’ve been here many times and tried everything from the sourdough breads and scones, the pizza, soups, and various coffee drinks. Never been disappointed! The staff are always very friendly and the weekly rotating toasts, soups, and specialty pizza means there’s a reason to visit often. The sourdough bread is fantastic and I usually take a loaf home. The pizzas they make on the weekend are pricey but well worth it! Whether you’re catching up with friends over coffee, picking up a pizza, or bringing rolls to a family dinner this is the place!

Prairie Sky Breads is definitely one of our favorite spots in downtown Minot. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the staff is very accommodating, polite and kind, and most importantly, the food and drinks are top notch! We highly recommend the cardamon knots!! And our pups enjoy the dog treats we bring home. They have an adorable set up of bakery toys for kids to play with, which our 6yo loves! PSB also offers local beer from Atypical Brewing, and so much more. Go check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

Wondeful coffee shop and homemade bakery nestled into the heart of Minot. Very much a farm-to-table and local spot. Also has some cute knick knacks made by local artists. Absolutely will be coming here whenever we are in the area!

Overall this place has a nice ambience and food tastes amazing. Only problem is the pricing. This place is overly expensive. A grilled cheese is $7.50 although it is one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I’ve ever had. But if you want bacon added to that then you’ll have to pay DOUBLE. I think the jump in price for a spicy bacon grilled cheese sandwich is absurd and complete robbery. Their iced vanilla latte’s are very good and a decent price. You get more bang for your buck here than you do at Starbucks… also, the tomatoe soup is pretty good and the pizza is not bad. For a Caramel roll, two 16oz iced vanilla lattes, two grilled cheese sandwiches and a spicy bacon grilled cheese sandwich, you’ll be $49 dollars out of pocket. If you are getting anything more than coffee than this place is a nice treat for a once or twice a year type of deal. But if you go every weekend you’ll be sure to apply for a second job.
