I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I was incredibly disappointed. My husband and I went to grab some food after being out on the later side. I was too tired to cook. The place was really dirty. They had to clean the table and sweep under our table. Which wouldn’t be a big deal, they were just. But they had to come back and do it again because it was still dirty after they cleaned it.
We waited a long time to get our meal, and my husband never got his. Mine was cold. It lacked 2 of the ingredients I ordered. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had there. We ended up leaving and only paying $5 for my meal, it wasn’t even worth that.
I was super disappointed because I love Waffle House and was thrilled to have one close by. When they first opened, they had talented chefs working to train newer people. I would have given them 5 stars all around. Unfortunately, it’s gone down hill. I hope they are able to improve, but we will not be returning

We had the breakfast and it was delicious. The prices are great. The staff was all so friendly and welcoming. We are so glad to have it here to go eat at. Highly recommend.

10000 out of 10 experience!!! This place was poppin and we still walking in and sat straight down. Jada was so kind and attentive got our drinks and order in so fast. We were in and out in 30 min with delicious warm food. The staff was all around 10/10. Everyone worked together so well even the manager came out to wash dishes and told his team what an amazing job they were doing and we agree!!! KEEP IT UP YALL ARE ON FIREEEE!!!

I had been anticipating the opening of this Waffle House, and my first visit did not disappoint! Jade was so kind and attentive. The rest of the staff all seemed happy to be there and welcomed everyone with a smile. It was very clean, plus the food was delicious! I’ll be back for sure.

I initially was going to give them a 1 star review, but the lady that refilled my drink and told me to have a happy new year saved the day. I travel about an hour for work every day and was excited to see that they were putting in a Waffle House, which gives me an option of almost none that I have on the way to work. I stopped by on the way back home this morning and besides the lights being on you couldn’t even tell this place was open. I walked in and set down for about 5 minutes and then someone came to take my order. That was it. Nothing else was said. It was literally so awkward. I got my drink and food and no silverware. I waited for a few minutes and I finally got up and went behind the counter and got myself a fork. Meanwhile the workers never even noticed. While I was eating they were cleaning frantically, still never saying anything or even acknowledging that I might need something else. I got a refill and the check and that was it. The food was good, but dear lord would it hurt to have a little customer service? This is by far the worst Waffle House I’ve eaten at service wise.

The food was good. Our waitress Maddy was nice. She took our order. I usually order Texas toasts with my eggs. If a Waffle House only substitutes 1 Texas toast then my husband gives me his. Otherwise I order 2 Texas toasts with my order. Unfortunately they only brought me 1 toast. I know some places will give 2 but not this Waffle House in Blaine. So I ordered another one and had to wait a long time for it. Finally they toasted 2 toasts. 1. Seems that they do orders one at a time. 2. Still, how hard is it to grill one toast. I only wanted ONE grilled one.

The only reason for the 3, Sunday evening a young man was the cook. He did not hide the fact that he didn’t want to be there. He caused a backup of food and made the jobs of the servers very difficult. If I were the owner I would suggest to him that he find a new career. The servers were wonderful. And I will go back as long as he isn’t cooking when I go.
