Pour House was very clean and airy, and the tables spaced for CDC Covid 19 guidance. Our server, Bella, was very polite, attentive, and personable. Our chef that day, Kevin, made our well portioned plates to perfection. Prices are very reasonable. The place has a bar area at one end with many, many kinds of beer on tap. Currently the menu has semi-limited options, but it – and the hours- are expanding all the time. Great for a snack, dinner, or to quench your thirst, I highly recommend Pour House in Mansfield!

Once we were seated no one was coming to help us there was plenty of staff there but they were talking to each other and the people at the bar, I finally made eye contact with someone and they sent someone over. I was surprised a review from a month ago said the place was clean and airy cuz the floor was sticky, the tables did not look clean and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. the place has a general odor of stale beer. We had the chili and a crispy chicken sandwich and both of them were good, nothing outstanding or creative but acceptable. We will not be returning here because it was not clean and the staff was not attentive.

I haven’t actually been to Pourhouse, so I can’t comment on the drinks or food. They might be fantastic. But every weekend driving by, I see dozens and dozens of people outside, and a completely jam-packed scene inside. Complete disregard for safety or public health. For this reason, I will not support this establishment

As an Uber driver UConn students seem to love this place, I would only suggest a reimagining of the parking lot with an entrance and exit on opposite sides to make dropping off and picking up people easier and more safe.
