If I could give 100 stars, I would. Great atmosphere (recent remodel). Sammie, and everyone else are beyond fabulous. Now let’s get to the food. Absolutely the best burger in town. French Fries are amazing. Today I had a bowl of Birria. Hands down the best I have ever had (and I am a Berrian snob). This is Bakersfield’s best kept secret. Been there twice this week.

As the last place to sit down and grab a bite in the town, i am denied being sat because my ID is vertical. I am 23 but haven’t updated my license. She said i needed another form of government issued Id. All i have is a picture of my birth certificate but she didn’t want to hear it as she was in the weeds being the only bartender and waiter for the whole place. She told me the owner is pretty strict on accepting vertical IDs but in times where masks are required in Washington state, they were very relaxed on that.
