There’s nothing particularly special about the menu or the flavors.
It’s not the kind of place that makes you want to come back for a specific dish, but the food isn’t bad either.
The sandwiches are very small and don’t have much vegetables. It’s better than making it at home, but a bit hard to justify paying for.
The atmosphere is fun, though.

I ordered online for lunch along with a jar of hot peppers. One of the sandwiches had items on it that we didn’t want. But the biggest thing was that the jar of peppers was missing. There’s no way to request a refund online and I’ve called the store 3 times throughout the day so far with no answer. It’s a 40 minute round trip for me to get there and I just want my money back.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Pick up was quick and easy.
I wanted to try a different sandwich – didn’t realize until I started eating that what I received wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I called the store to explain the situation, they were apologetic and offered to remake or refund the order. I was too far away to have them remake it, I asked them to refund it. The person hung up the phone without getting any pertinent info needed to refund the order. I called right back and got a different person. I again explained the situation and they said that there was nothing that they could do until they spoke to the manager and I would receive a call back.
Guess what happened? No one called back. Extremely poor customer service and I won’t be back.

Stopped late afternoon. Got 2 sandwiches. 1 Wreck 1 Italian. The place is loud. The folks behind the counter can’t hear your order very well. The sandwiches didn’t have all the condiment we ordered. Only found that when we got home and ate them. I noticed that the meats on the sandwiches were sliced much thinner . So the sandwiches seemed lacking. The Wreck was ordered with extra turkey. Glad we did that . There are many sandwiches places out there. Won’t be back for a long time

The food is on par with Subway. Take from that what you will. The employees are awesome, but stretched thin. The music is god-awful; it sounds like the Kroger soundtrack.
Pro tip: never order in store, only order online. You can still eat it in store, but you skip the line and build points without having to remember to scan.

Absolutely wonderful service. Both of the gentlemen working were very polite and easy to keep conversation with. One of them even hurried to open the door for me because I had my hands full with my toddler. && of course the food was GREAT 🙂

Dispite being open there is hand written note on the door saying online only. When I walked in, they would not take my order in person. I don’t understand why they think that is acceptable, but I will not be back.

Went to go get a drink And it was hair coming out of the drink dispenser, took the drink back for a refund. Then when I went to eat my sandwich where they cut it in half at was literally Hair inside the sandwich I took it back up there to get a refund and noticed no one had hair nets on so I asked don’t you guys supposed to have hair nets and they said no only hats, only one person had a hat on the cashier. The manager said she can remake it but personally I do not want something remade after its repeatedly hair in everything.
