I truly appreciate the listing of calories along with the ingredients for the various items. Makes keeping track of the intake so much easier.
Had a skinny (small) chicken Mediterranean toasted on multigrain bread. The bread has some actual flavor of its own – unlike Subway – and went well with the tasty bits ensconced within.
The young women working were in a good mood and very friendly. Order placed quickly and delivered the same.
The music, once it got turned on, was a bit loud. Probably due to the people working in a noisier spot.
I like a good sandwich place and, at first taste, this seems like one I’ll return to even if it is a chain.

Who is running this absolute joke of a “restaurant”??!?! Zero stars. All the 5 star reviews are years old. This location has the worst customer experience and the food
is not good. The online ordering is beyond a joke with zero accuracy on timing. It is clear this location has massive issues (check out the reviews) and ownership is doing NOTHING. By far the most disrespectful and rudest people working I have ever encountered. Will never ever be returning and I order for larger corporate events (their financial loss). They will continue to have financial losses due to all the bad reviews. AVOID at all costs.

Staff is rude. Placed an online order 20 min before arriving, spoke to Takisha to be told my food is not ready. She did not even look for my food. I have a 30 min lunch break. Ordering my food 10 min before leaving my office and driving 10 min here should have been more than enough time to make a half sandwich. You have a girl with green hair, in sweats and crocs working behind the corner. Unfortunately my order rerouted itself here instead of my regular location. 16 mile & crooks is far better!

The girl working there is very rude, I didn’t finish saying what topping I wanted and she opened my sub back up and threw them back on it, the guy working was very nice and gave me a coupon but the way she handled it was uncalled for and she needs to be fired

I was pretty much harassed by the staff indirectly, whatever you wanna call it. One of the female staff members mocked me by pretending to spit on my food along with other staff members. Pathetic. Will not be coming back to potbellys. I had to act like I was wasting their supplies (pop) to stand my ground. Very weird experience.

This was probably the worst experience I had a sandwich shop. First off, the girl working at the front needs to be fired. She was full on throwing the subs on the counter like she’s tossing away garbage. I watched her finish making the subs and throwing them on the counter behind her as if it’s not people’s food, messing up the whole sub. I ordered online and specified no mushrooms on my sub. I open up my sub and she put (what looked like) every single mushroom they had available on my sub.i wax a mushroom sub at this point not even a veggie melt. There was barely any lettuce, barely any pickles, barely any of the add on veggies I had asked for. Last but not least, I was waiting at the front to ask for some sauce and she greeted me by “you need somethin?” No hello no nothing. This is unacceptable I couldn’t even eat my lunch. Absolutely unacceptable.

We placed a delivery order at about 12:45 today… Finally called at 4 to see where it was and they rushed it out to us by 4:20. When the food arrived it was cold and had clearly been sitting the whole time, but that’s ok, because at least they forgot to put the chicken on my Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich! Great work all around.
