Loved my pizza! Ordered a large half n half and loved it! It’s my first time in PCB and Florida. The 2nd night we were here, we wanted something without going out. I ordered from a local spot, reviews were great. Their pizza was okay, too high priced.
I seen a Dominos near the hotel and didn’t want to leave and lose our parking spot. So I ordered from Dominos. Our pizza was hot and fresh and great price! Loved it!!

I wish I knew the names of the people that work here so I could call them out individually. Here’s the deal, they’re all amazing! Too many people only want to leave a bad review when they have a bad experience. The crew that works at this place deserves a shout-out.
My son is special needs, and will only eat pizza if it’s pie cut. There has been a few mistakes and the pizza has showed up square cut. Now MOST of those were my bad as thin crust is default as square cut, and I forgot to change it. These folk have made it right EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! That includes when I’ve offered to pay for my mistake.
I am SOOO lucky that this is my local store! They’ve made me a customer for life. Thank you to everyone that works there. I’m lucky to have y’all!

Worst pizza delivery experience! We placed our order (for one pizza with only one topping) at 8:15pm, and the ETA was 31 to 41 minutes. At about 45 minutes and the tracker had only shown the order was received, I called to check the status. I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I tried to be understanding since it’s a Saturday night, but when the tracker showed “quality check” at 9:14pm, and it was 9:36pm, I was ready to cancel. When I called to cancel, they told me it was out for delivery. We finally received our order around 10:05pm, almost 2 hours after ordering. Needless to say, the pizza was cold, dry, and pretty much inedible.

Would not recommend this Domino’s. Ordered a large order for me and my family. Four pizzas, half the toppings were off the pizza and in the box and crust undercooked, the chicken wings were burnt, garden salad was wilted beyond ability to salvage. To top it off when calling the Domino’s the employee on the other side of the phone said we probably ordered the food wrong, like how is that even a possibility- I didn’t see an order for wilted salad, burnt wings, or half dressed pizza on the menu? Then he proceeded to be rude and ask us what we expected him to do about it, like he didn’t want to address the issues. We asked to talk to the manager and both employee and manager were rude about requests and manager had same attitude of what we expected him to do about it. Said it would be over and hour to get us replacement then he relectantly said he would comp our meal and we would go elsewhere. Still have yet to see my meal comped on my card/account. We over looked the pizza and wings at first by fixing the toppings, cooking in our oven and picking off burnt pieces, just wanted to make them aware of the completely wilted salad. The unprofessional reaction of the employees brought the review and the other issues to light.

After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I checked the status of my order—only to find out it hadn’t even been baked yet. It was still marked as “preparing.” That means I would still have to wait for it to be baked, go through quality check, and then finally delivered.
Basically, if you want food from them, you’d better order 3 to 4 hours before you’re actually hungry.
Terrible experience. I’ll never order from them again.
