The meatball sub is so good. Why is it good? That bread!! It’s baked to be a little crispy on the outside and then simultaneously super fresh and soft. The meatballs were seasoned well and decent sized, too. So good!

Service was fast and friendly, we had a wreck and prime rib subs that were good, not great. Cold brew shake was good and made fresh with real ice cream. The place was clean and comfortable with no real drawbacks. The fountain sodas were well mixed. We had a brownie cookie that was just ok. Cool little place and we will go back. Definitely worth a try if you’ve not been.

Have been twice. The food is spot on! Cheddar broccoli soup is yummy, we have had multiple sammitchs and they are all good. Highly recommend. People working counter are super friendly and very helpful for my indecisive nature. Will be back for sure.

My first time trying Potbelly’s. I got the Italian sub, original size, with all of the toppings except hot peppers. Really good sub. Bread was toasted just right. Great service.

I love the choice between wrap or sandwich. Their signature hot peppers are my favorite! You can even get a jar to take home and they are great on more than sandwiches. They also have a strawberry dragonfruit drink that is delicious!

You can tell they are still finding their grove, but that’s to be expected when just recently opening. The sandwiches are decent ( could add a touch more meat), but the overall good flavor. The banana cream shake was good and the broccoli and Cheddar soup. I really enjoyed how thick and creamy it was. The customer service though is something that i.pressed me. We had ordered something and they forgot to ring us up, and also we had a question about our bill and they handled everything so wonderful.

I was excited to try this new sandwich I saw online. It was absolutely boring and terrible. Every bite tased different. Chicken was so off on flavor and texture. Employer was nice. I think she was training and the manager was hovering. I’m not gonna give this place another try. Also, my cookie was crumbly. So not fresh at all.

Staff is clearly still training but they were all very friendly. There’s just nothing all that remarkable about the place. It was new so it was very clean. As for the sandwich, it was… fine. But there was very little meat on the sandwich so it was mostly a lettuce and tomato sandwich. The local “w” gas station gives you way more meat on their subs at half the cost, as does the nearby grocery store.
