We visit this location once a month or so, but today (2/16/26) was a good showing from the staff. TONS of online orders, plus a big line. They all worked hard to keep the wait low and orders accurate. Plus they were nice about it. Good stuff. We’ll be back again.

Each time I come to Lexington Park I get Potbelly and it never misses. I order the Cubano with the multigrain bread and it’s so good. The fillings are perfectly portioned so each bite you get everything.

I ordered a BLTA and it came with barely any lettuce, tomato’s and no avocado. Sloppy, thin sandwich for an overpriced combo with chips.
At checkout, I was told I had to add a tip before I could swipe my card. Not returning.

Customer service was on point, 4 people were working there at 1130. I got an original size Cuban on multigrain bread
and added a chips and drink.
Total was $12.80, seems a little pricey for such a small order. It was really hard to see the pork in the sandwich. I had to open the sandwich and move the ham around because it wasn’t evenly distributed. Too much spicy brown mustard was put on and I had to scrape some off along with someone’s eye lash .
Needless to say, not going back anytime soon…

The past two times I’ve been here, I have ordered ahead by at least 20 minutes. Both times I’ve had to wait. The first time I waited almost an hour after the “pickup time” I was given in the app. In this order was a icecream sandwich. They made the icecream sandwich before they made the regular sandwich. By the time I recieved the icecream, it was half melted. I was sick of waiting so I just left. Today, I waited just over 20 minutes after the “pickup time.” We ordered a “Big” sandwich and a milkshake. The sandwich was less than adequate, I feel like we paid $8 for a fancy piece of bread. The sandwich was cut into 3 pieces. It looks like they made a regular size sub, with proper meat, then made a small with half the meat. See the picture, with the measly little strip of ham. I will NOT be returning to this location. Huge let down.

Had the Italian sub and it is worthy of praise! The bread was warm and chewy the sandwich was absolutely delicious! The service was on point. Would definitely go again!
