John has been the owner for many years… Great pizza.. very good sandwiches.. great delivery drivers.. we had a great pizza party 12-6-2025… We got the Sausage parmesan, chicken Parmesan, Shrimp Parmesan and the Eggplant Parmesan Sandwiches… With extra sauces and a 2 liter Ginger Ale… Very delicious!!! I order from here all the time delivery and pickup. I also tip well every time. I usually will order a large pie sometimes with light cheese. Multiple times (including today) I got cold old pizza; I picked it up in 20 minutes a cold old greasy pie.
I tried calling asking why they’re doing this and that it’s happened many times but all the owner, John, could tell me was that he was “sorry about it.” Just silence over the phone with no type of reconciliation.
What’s up with this business? It’s gone down hill so quickly and seems to have no loyalty to loyal customers. It’s unfortunate because my boyfriend and I love they’re meatball parm and pizzas but it just isn’t worth it anymore.

One day they started adding $3 charge if you pay card for delivery and don’t immediately tip. I would literally tip cash or on the receipt every time before this but they decided to start stealing! Extremely ridiculous way to run such a timeless business.
I tried to give them a chance and it was on/off. Will not be ordering from here any longer.
TLDR: Older pizza place went down hill. They gave me old pizza multiple times and don’t care about their customers. They also steal money if they assume you’re not tipping (even if you’re a tipping customer).

The pizza was good but I asked for provolone on my cheese steak because i absolutely hate yellow cheese.the bag said all the right ingredient but it had yellow cheese and I was not able to eat it. Also, the lettuce on the cheesecake was brown and wilted.
