If I could give a zero on the service here, I definitely would. The girl with the glasses is totally rude. She treats people like they don’t even matter. We had to make an order for two fries because on the first one she didn’t even fill up the cup. She barely gave any. I went back up and asked her for a different order of fries. She charged me for another order of fries instead of trying to make it right she charged me for extra seasoning almost 3 dollars more when the amount of seasoning she gave me is a normal amount that I normally get when I visit any other potato corner she then told me that people weren’t doing their job if we got that much seasoning. This used to be a really good place to come now I’m disappointed more and more every time I come if I do go, I will go to the one at Coronado. At least they have pleasant attitude and don’t act like you’re a burden or an inconvenience when you’re the one supporting the business paying your paycheck She claimed to be in charge and that’s really sad if you have somebody with this type of attitude running your place. also, I’d like to mention that when I did pay for the extra seasoning, they put so much on there that it was so disgusting. We didn’t even wanna eat it.

Warm sodas-yuck! No ice in either one at all! It would’ve been nice if we were given a heads up. Plus, both orders of fries we OLD!! They were cold and tasted stale. Extremely disappointed. We definitely went on the wrong day.

3.2% sign showing if you use card they charge you more. When doing cash they dont round up but rather take whatever they dont have in the drawer from the customer. Just an fyi.

Worst place to eat this week was Potato corner, cottonwood mall. Needed a quick snack at the mall and decided to try this place. I didn’t expect much from mall fast food but it’s horrible awful. The fries taste like fake potatoes. The chicken tenders were grimy gritty. Asked for chili spice and what they gave was paprika mixed with sugar granules. It was literally sweet

Service was amazing! This is my favorite place to go to when I visit cottonwood mall! The seasoning on the fries is amazing! There is not place in town that serves fries like potato corner! And the best thing is I have seen the owner working on making the fries while being short staff.

The spices that they use for the chili bbq now sucks, I wish they kept the old recipe especially when they changed what kind of frys they use, I use to always look forward to potato corner, but I don’t think I’ll go to any shop is the spices are the same as they are now. Go back to the old recipe

The whole point is the quality of the potatoes. I ordered and they called my name in less than a minute and it showed. The curly fries and tater tots were both hard or chewy – exactly like they had been sitting under a light for a long time. When did they quit making the fries right when you order them? I will not order from there if I see fries sitting in the tray. I can guarantee you, the employees probably wouldn’t have eaten those. For fear of being a Karen, my daughter threw her whole $8 cup away instead of complaining. Eating out is a treat these days so be aware.

Honestly the fries are good but I always have to check who’s working that day. The place is usually dirty and fries are on the ground and counters. I was there this past Saturday and the kids working there had their masks down. One of them was sweeping and eating fries at the same time. The girl who was getting the orders ready only had one glove on and her mask was on her chin. This is not the first time I see people who work at this place do things like this so this time I took pictures. At this point I feel like reporting it to the health department.
