The beer was cold and served immediately. The location to my gate was perfect z

The $16 dollar “Tomato Basil” sandwich had one 1/4” slice of tomato on each half, with one slice of mozzarella.

The side salad had melted greens… rotting lettuce … slimy and black. I was willing to peel out a few from my side salad but when I hit 6 slimy pieces of lettuce I asked for it to be dumped and opted for chips instead. Mind you, they gave me a new plate, moved my sandwich, added the chips and returned it to me. They dumped my salad from the first plate, and nobody addressed the bin of lettuce my “side salad” was pulled from. I sat directly across from the food prep area and watched for 30 minutes. Nobody did a thing about the expired lettuce.

This place is located across from C22. If you get this far down the C concourse and you’re hungry, do yourself a favor and turn around… go back to the Chili’s.

$16 bucks for a sad little sandwich seems to sustain a five person staff more willing to chat for 15 minutes instead of slice more tomatoes… and actually put them on your sandwich. $16 bucks for one darn slice. Sheesh.

This is a leadership issue; clearly there’s no incentive or oversight or product standards communicated to this sad band of underachievers.

Highly recommend this place! The meat lovers flatbread was delicious! Atmosphere perfect! Service from Sarah S. was incredible: she was rushing to handle the crowd with a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone!

I was traveling home on Christmas and this place was almost empty except for a few people at the bar. We were seated right away, but told we couldn’t order from the hostess. Fine. The bartender was our server and when she finally came to take our order, we couldn’t get it out fast enough before she walked away. My wife ordered a cocktail and I ordered a beer. She asked if I wanted a 16 or 20oz and I initially said 16, before checking myself and trying to change it to 20. Too late. She was gone. We wanted to order food, too, but never had the chance. She dropped off our drinks while holding another, which she rushed off to deliver, again without giving us time to order food. So I went up to the bar. The hostess was playing on her phone and the bartender was busy fiddling with cans in the fridge. Both saw me standing there for five minutes, but never said a word. Just kept ignoring me. I was trying really hard to be sympathetic to someone working on Christmas and had intended to tip generously because it’s the holidays! However, that made up my mind not to order food if the service was this sub par. So I went back to my table to finish my drink. What further galled me was her calling it a 16oz beer. An American “pint glass” is 12 oz. I know that, I get that, I expect that. So calling it a ‘pint’ is deceptive, but not a lie. However, calling it 16 oz is a blatant lie, implying I will get 30% more beer than delivered. I clearly should have read the reviews, first, because I never would have stopped. Hopefully this will stop someone else from making the same mistake.

I got a Caprese Sandwich (Tomato Basil) and it came with a side salad. The ciabatta bread that it came on was so bomb. It’s mostly 1-2 person tables and they have luggage hooks everywhere. Great atmosphere, and was pretty quick considering it was full. I had time to burn, but was in and out in 30ish minutes. I loitered a bit after though.

Here at MKE 08/25/2025 0908 and ordered two pepperoni pizzas, two bags of chips and one water for $57 to go. Sat down inside while waiting on order and a lady behind the counter who appeared to be a manager told us very rudely that we can’t sit inside while waiting on our order. One customer was at the bar and nobody was in line. I would never give this establishment a dime of my money ever again as this individual is what ruined everything for my wife and I.

If you are the owner or an investor in this place — please read this. What happened to me today actively damages your business. I had to walk away — not because of the food or prices, but because of your staff’s attitude.

I was on a layover at Milwaukee Airport. My flight was delayed, and I was just looking for a calm place to sit with my large backpack and have a meal. There was a completely empty table right by the entrance — and it had been empty for at least 20 minutes before I asked to be seated.

The hostess refused to let me sit there, saying it might be needed for a larger party. That made no sense, as there were several other large tables available at the time! On top of that, I had a heavy backpack with me, and it was physically uncomfortable to squeeze into one of the smaller two-seat tables. I simply needed a bit more space both for a food and the laptop — and the table was sitting completely unused.

The waitress eventually brought over a woman who said she was the manager — but never introduced herself or gave her name. And things only got worse from there. Instead of trying to find a solution or show even a basic level of courtesy, the manager flatly reinforced the refusal. There was no flexibility, no common sense, and absolutely no effort to make me feel welcome. The entire tone of the conversation was cold, condescending, and dismissive — like I was being told: “These are our rules. Don’t like it? Leave.”

When I asked the hostess for her name, she refused to give it. I then asked her for the name of the manager she was calling — and she refused to say that as well. That, by itself, is deeply telling. If you’re doing the right thing, what do you have to hide? Identifying yourself should never be a problem in a professional setting.

I ended up sitting in the nearby gate area for another 20 minutes after they turned me away — and that table (along with the one next to it) remained completely empty.

Even if there were internal policies, there are ways to explain them with kindness and professionalism. What I experienced was the opposite — rude, unpleasant, unhelpful, and entirely unfriendly.

To the owner or corporate team: This is how you lose business. Not because of your food, but because of the way your staff treats people. Travelers remember when they’re made to feel like a nuisance — and I’ll remember this place for all the wrong reasons.

I had a great experience here on a Sunday evening. I ordered the Chicken pesto sandwich and it was really good! My server was so nice and efficient! I only had 30 minutes until boarding, and I got done in plenty of time. The prices are a little high, but nothing out of the ordinary for airport food prices.

Absolutely horrible experience at this eatery. The staff seem incredibly unhappy and make sure their attitude rubs off on everyone around them. The food is nowhere near worth the high prices — you’d get better quality and service at McDonald’s for a fraction of the cost.

My husband, a handicapped veteran, went to the counter to ask about drink prices since nothing was labeled. The employee completely ignored him and kept fiddling with the register. My husband eventually had to sit down due to his bad knees, and when our order was ready, instead of taking two steps to hand it to him, the worker just called out his name and tossed it onto the counter — all while watching him struggle to stand.

No courtesy, no friendliness, and certainly no quality food. We will not be returning.

Holy crap
Keep walking. To another terminal. Exit security if you have to. I sat here reading reviews and contemplating leaving one.

Everything all the other negative reviews says is still happening. I worked in service for 15 yrs and this kind of atmosphere is embarrassing.

This is not a chuck e cheese or a garage bbq party. I’m a paying customer. 100% would close down and rebrand to avoid the shame of being associated with this place if I was the owner.
