This use to be my go-to even before I moved in the area. I took in account the reviews, and I start trying them out from there. I never let the fact that it was hooked onto a gas station distract me like it normally do. Everything seemed ok for awhile. However, I’m not too pleased anymore. Some things have certainly changed… From teenagers during night shift taking forever to prepare your order… To them giving you the wrong order and rushing out to change it after you’re backing out-driving to leave and go home… To hair on your food, on the side of the pizza-stuck to a pepperoni which was not my daughter’s hair texture…. To the pizza seeming undone after being freshly made-because when you pick it up all the topping slides off, but when asked about it-it was said because it was still fresh and hadnt settled just yet. However, I’ve had fresh and hot pizza made correctly and this have never occurred. I don’t think I’ll be returning. The only good thing was they offered free cookies to my kids upon entrance. Oh, and I forgot about the crazy puffs. They were unusually small with too much garlic seasoning, overcooked to the texture, with no marinara sauce. This will be a moment my kids will never forget. Thanks again you guys. I guess I shouldve listened to my oldest son. He didn’t want pizza that day-neither do he like it much anymore… I will definitely start listening to him more I wonder if I had remembered to take my bonnet off my head before leaving home would that have made a difference even though I had just worked 16 hours and forgot it was still on when I rushed out to take my kids to get pizza. Or I wonder if I had changed the color of my skin prior would that have made a huge difference… Welp ♀️ I definitely won’t be finding out because we won’t return.

Best in town. Since over a year ago, I went to Little Caesars after being disappointed with every other pizza option in town. This is now the ONLY place I go for pizza, whether if it’s just for myself, some friends, or a party.
Great cost-to-taste ratio. Only downside? Those prices like to creep up on you. After ordering once a week for a while, I saw the website creep up the price of my usual order. See, I’ve kept a notebook of prices and pizzas since I started ordering there. Most of the good and common stuff is around the same price, but some pizzas have nearly doubled, permanently. I pretend those don’t exist anymore.
Friendly customer service, very timely nowadays, and you can’t beat a drive-thru pick-up after ordering online.
So, it’s fantastic! Best pizza place in town. Just watch out for that price hike. If they raise it, stop ordering online from there for a month, and it’ll go back down to normal.

I pulled up to the drive through and asked if they had a hot and ready cheese pizza. The young lady greeted me with such a big smile! It was like sunshine! She went to check their inventory and returned to say, yes that had the pizza I wanted. She quickly and professionally checked me out. She asked if I could use some napkins. All the while she kept that same big smile. I left their feeling so pleased. She was truly a servant and represented the company well. I’m sure that she will be successful at what ever she chooses. I didn’t get her name. She was a pretty, tall and slinder, brown-skinned young lady. Well groomed.

Colton was excellent in customer service to me and I was only the driver picking up the order for an UberEats customer.
Made sure I felt welcomed even if I wasn’t ordering for myself… so much so that I want to come back as a customer and make this my preferred Little Caesars and pizza spot overall.

Everything was absolutely amazing .I love love love Len she is so nice and welcoming and sweet .Service was fresh and fast .This is my first time at the location and I will definitely be coming back pizza is good and easy meal for a good snack or lunch .The cook was very good at making our order timely ..This place is very clean too .in a great location .I recommend if you are in town that you go to this one the other ones really have bad attitudes in pearl Mississippi.

Hands down, the best location I’ve been to in between Texas and Mississippi! Every single staff member gives 5 star service and incredibly nice. NO EXAGGERATION, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has always been polite, respectful and super nice! I didn’t even know Lil Caesar’s had cookie treats for kids until I visited this location! No one has ever handed them out to us! I literally avoid the one closest to my home just to come to this branch because I’ve never had one bad experience! Totally worth the drive! AND EVERY PIZZA HAS BEEN 10/10!

I WAS SAVED!!!! My guys were working in the yard. I’m sick but they are staring me down to get lunch, so called Little Caesars on the corner of Hwy 25/Grants Ferry Rd., the one with a drive-thru. I ordered a bunch! Apparently, I was talking to the manager, Stephanie. She was soooo sweet! I told her what we were up to and that I was sick (couldn’t make lunch). She got everything ready FAST AND GAVE ME A DISCOUNT!!! She just wanted me to have a little happy and to get better soon. When my son came home with it, everything was hot and delicious. Men were really happy, it relieved the stress and helped to work go faster. Thank you, Stephanie and her crew of life savers!
