The waterfront is being remodeled, but it is still a great place to visit. Tranis and the fish market are still functioning and nothing beats a Sunday in San Pedro.

Crazy long lines! Very cool experience for the kids so they can see large ships going by while they are eating. Mesmerizing how large the ships are and how the port of LA has so much harmony with all the ship traffic.

Definition of a family affair. The wait time for food, drinks, restroom lines were fairly quick. The awesome live entertainment is amazing and this place reminds me of the times dad would bring us as kids. Bring empty stomachs as you must eat one of everything. The staff are all lively, happy and friendly! Two thumbs up!!!!

We went toward the end of the evening on a weekday so it was not crowded at all. The weather was perfect for sitting outside and the benches were relatively clean. The five of us had one platter with halibut and shrimp, garlic bread, potatoes and peppers, and finished it all. Yum!

Nice place, I went on the boat ride for 45 minutes. Entrance was cheap. Good experience. Kids definitely enjoyed it. I know there is also whale watching. A lot of places to eat. Very fresh seafood. A lot of stands.

Overrated and ridiculously expensive. I visited 4 years ago and had a great experience. Went back and big dissapointment with their food and prices. Portions got way smaller, and prices of course went up. You get better oysters at the Chinese buffet for half the price. $25 for one michelada plus you have to pay for parking on top of the that.

Since the remodeling project started at the San Pedro fish market everything has been down hill the food is no where near as good as it used the service is great but the food is lacking the atmosphere is ok at best. The prices for food have nearly tripled and the variety and quality of the seafood has drastically fallen. Me personally I’ll wait until it’s back to what I used to be even if it takes 5 more years
