RIP OFF. Ordered 2 deluxe salads. Both came with french fries, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and chicken/ steak. No cheese, no olives, no bananas peppers, and one tiny piece off garlic bread. The complaint is not the flavor. $13.50 each for not even basic salads with fries on top. My wife got the loaded fries. Did not come with the bacon. The liquid cheese taste like nothing. Just a greasy texture. They were good a few years back. I stopped ordering a while back. They were really slipping in quality. They got even worse. Never cared for there pizza. Terrible sauce and always undercooked. This was a joke. Far better options in my area. Sunset, tomatoes 2, and the other place.

Would absolutely order again! Easy to place an order over the phone. We ordered a gluten free pizza with sausage and mushroom. It arrived on time, super hot and our two cold sodas arrived perfectly chilled. It is so hard to find a good gluten free pizza crust that does not taste like sugar and they have succeed. Their sauce has good flavor, and their sausage is not over powering but has good flavor.

Got a chicken caesar wrap. It was greasy. They’re not supposed to be greasy. And it had onions. No onions in the description. Couldn’t finish it even without the onions because it was such a greasy mess. IT’S ALL BAD!

A couple weeks ago I ordered the Portofino specialty pizza and a dozen of the garlic parm wings. It was the best that I have ever ordered there or anywhere. The wings were soft and really flavored (not hard and lacking the flavor). My pizza was extraordinarily tasty! I was so pleased that I called to give my compliments to the cook. Customers are quick to call and complain, but rarely call to show their appreciation. Keep up the awesome work!!

I have ordered from here twice; once when all my bridesmaids were on my house on a Saturday during dinner then again tonight. The first time the lady who answered the phone said she couldn’t understand me and hung up. When I called back she took my order and told me an hour which I anticipated due to it being a Saturday. But over two hours later I called to find out where my pizzas were cause at that point my bridesmaids were ready to go home…she told me he would be there soon. The delivery guy did arrive shortly after that phone call. The pizza was so cold. But kind of just shrugged it off to just being the drivers fault. So we decided to try this place again tonight and that was definitely not the right decision. The same lady answered the phone and couldn’t understand us again but finally took our order and told us delivery would be an hour so my fiancee told her he would just pick it up to save time but she said it would still be 45 minutes. When my fiancee got the pizza home it was so greasy and not even cut and didn’t appear to be cooked all the way. The whole staff was rude. Now my fiancee has been sick all night with food poisoning. I luckily didn’t get sick from the gluten free pizza but never will I order from them again.

I ordered two times from here online and both times my orders were wrong. First time I called and complained, woman who picked up argued with me claiming they make no mistakes because “they’re perfect.” Had to argue on the phone for 30 minutes just to get my ordered fixed and wait another 30 for the right order. Second time my order was wrong, I waited over an hour for my food to arrive and I just dealt with the mistake & took the food home for my boyfriend to eat because I didn’t want to have to argue over the phone again and get told “were perfect, we make no mistakes.” Your food is fantastic when done right, but your ability to run your business correctly and make sure your customers are happy is terrible. It’s okay to own up to your mistakes customers respect that more than getting told they’re wrong and have to deal with eating what they didn’t order.

Pizza is about the best thing they make. Just ordered the wings, asked for crispy skins and I received them very chewy. Sweet potato fries were burnt .I ordered zeppoli for dessert and they were raw dough inside, not fried enough. Of my $42 order, the only thing that was edible was the pizza. Good thing I decided at the last minute to order a small pizza, just in case the wings were not good. From now on, will only order pizza from there.

Don’t bother. Not so much as a call or anything, had to find out through slice they were closing earlier than the hours posted here OR on Slice. Would have been nice to know that instead of just letting slice do their dirty work for them. I know how the app works they are more than able to switch to closed to make sure no orders go through.

The food here is pretty good, when it’s right. Prices are insane, And I’ve never had a great experience here. They once messed up both items I had delivered, refused to do anything about it, brought them back the next day, both untouched, and they replaced both with much smaller versions… It’s like they starved me one day and then didn’t give me enough to eat the second.
