Don’t bother paying for add ons. They never add them and then refuse to refund you for said add ons. Contacting corporate so now a $2 refund for bacon will be a $37 refund for the entire order. FAFO.

We go here often as it is a favorite of my daughter. However the people that work the drive through really vary in customer service ability. When you have a catering order come through the drive through, maybe have them move up so you can hand the rest of the lines food to them??? We ordered online and waited in line for 20 min (two cars back, couldn’t get out of line) because of a huge order ahead.

This was the worst order I have ever received from a Jimmy John’s ever! The Cubano ordered had the skimpiest amount of meat and other toppings that I have ever seen. There was an excess of Dijon mustard enough to choke a horse. I will not ever be using this location again. It’s a waste of hard earned money and time. Do better!

I literally ordered two of the same sandwich on 12/10/21 and received two completely different sandwiches. One had mustard on it and if I hadn’t checked I would’ve spent my evening in the ER due to being highly allergic. Ordered two little BLTs, got one & went to eat the second later on and right before biting into it, I noticed it looked a bit different. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order at this location.

Very disappointed with the service and products received at this Jimmy John’s location. We typically stop once a week for a couple of sandwiches’. On several occasions the sandwiches’ were not prepared as ordered (e.g. incorrect sauce on sandwich, sandwich no cut as requested, etc.). This last order included a bag of chips from a reward. The bag contained a total of 12 chips. Compared to my wife’s order i’d say this was about 20-20% of the chips what her bag contained.

Absolutely wretched customer service. Order was placed at 1:08 PM and took 20 minutes to complete, AND it wasn’t even made correctly.
After waiting 20 minutes, I checked to make sure my order was in the lineup to be made and the sandwich maker rudely said, “we’re making them in the order we receive them.” This wasn’t true since customers who ordered after me received their orders before me and left.
Since the sandwich I received wasn’t what ordered, I spent more time going back inside and upon re-entry into the building the sandwich maker said “this guy again.”
