I rarely eat inside but this time I had to wait until after the CVS pharmacy lunch break. They were out of smoky cheddar, unfortunately the factory burned down so I had regular cheddar.

We ordered two salads. The last three times we’ve had this salad it has been wrong. They mix up the ingredients, failed to give us dressing, put whatever ingredients they wanted to in it. Even the containers are different each time we go. Last time it was just covered in plastic wrap. I just don’t understand how hard it is to make a salad…. And of course they blatantly ask for a tip every single time.

This is what I just paid 60.00 for. The Pilgrim is very poorly made. Just the min ingredients they had to to be able to call it a sandwich. Very dry & nasty. The owner (I assume owner)was rude. I was talking to my daughter about their family pack being 10.00 more than on Baring he told me I am wrong. I was just there 2 days ago. I’m not wrong. Will positively not go back here again when though they are closer to my home I will drive out if my way to go to any other one. They were upset when I asked for olives & pickles on side not on sandwich. Poorly ran & rude

I am ashamed that I got a sandwich here. I assume this is the Port of Subs next to old location for DeMers Optomotrist. The place was filthy. Dust rolling around on the floor. Bathroom was totally neglected. I had to tell staff there was no paper. Staff were busy bad mouthing one of their colleagues loudly. They need a health inspection.

So, I am from Nevada, but I haven’t been here since 2010. I remember loooving Port of Subs ever since I was a kid. So when I was back in Reno for work (I travel for my job) I just had to try it again. Just the location and the food set me off on a nostalgia trip. So thank you to the two young men behind the counter helping me through my excitement. Lol. They were really nice, and my food was amazing! Thank you two again, I’m still super exited I got to go to your shop. 🙂 Keep up the good work!

By far the worst location in town, paid 2.50 for one piece of bacon!! More mayo then meat on my sandwich and will charge you for a large drink and give you a medium drive across town the owner seems so cheap

We spent over $100 on platters. We got all the sides separate but while the lady was putting the sides together the owner was breathing down the neck of worker telling her that she was giving us too much. The sandwiches barely had any meat or cheese and we didn’t have enough sides and had to use our own to make up the difference. The owners are extremely cheap and don’t take care of their customers or workers. Avoid this location it’s the worst one in town.

Jeff at night did a great job on the shakers on my sub. Just the right amount of everything. Perfect! Thank you Jeff! I will be back for sure. But only when he’s working!

Port Of Subs on McCarran and Prater Way is not the best store to go to. I just went to get lunch here and ordered double meat and practically got what a normal sandwich meat should have, they shave their meat so thin you are practically eating just bread. I also got a macaroni salad and please see picture sp you can see what I got, this is filled half way but got charged full price. Yeah I will not be coming back here, it’s better to drive a bit further but get what you paid for.
