I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I completely messed up my sandwich order and they remade it for free for me. Definitely go check them out!!

I have always been very loyal to Port of Subs since I was a kid. I love their sandwiches, however the last 6 months they have gotten worse and worse. They barely put any toppings on it I got 4 slices of pickles on a large sandwich and I had asked for extras. 4 slices! I asked for all of the toppings except tomatoes and my sandwich was as thin as a chocolate bar with the bread and all. In addition, there was only one other person in the restaurant so being busy wasn’t an excuse. Super sad about how bad it’s gotten!

I love port of subs. But this location was messy, more specifically the lobby. There was an employee chasing her kid around the front and back of the store. There were two or three employees trying to move customers along.. clearly trying their best. Once the lady chasing her kid around got on the line to make sandwiches, she was incredibly rude and started rushing the other employees on the line. You could feel the frustration. It took 30+ minutes for my order to taken and another 15 to check out because of her. 2 stars because I have had better experiences here, I’d give this experience a 0 star rating if I could.

I have been to this location multiple times and every time I tell myself it will be better and sadly it never is. There are reviews on here from two years ago with the same complaints as now. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, not to mention how dirty the slicer is and every surface your food touches. It seems pretty incredible to me that this place has remained open and the health department isn’t involved. I honestly would expect better from such a large franchise.

Walked in today for a sandwich and the place was absolutely filthy. Customer service was great and the sandwich was fine but I was so disappointed to see the layers of dust and small pieces of trash in a nearly empty chip rack. The soda machine was gross and the floors look like they have not been swept or mopped in days. This was my first and last visit. Someone from home office or the health department really need to stop by here before someone gets seriously ill

I was in earlier today and there was a male and female employee. The female employee was complaining to me about her job and even managed to throw a cuss word in. Last thing I want to do when I get off a 58hour work week is to listen to a little girl complain about working 6 hours a day and only getting one day off. All I wanted to do was go in, exchange pleasantries and leave with my food. I understand employees are hard to find but Jesus you can do better port of subs. I will not be returning to this location. I will drive to USA PKWY for it next time.

All I have to say is ew! Me and my family walked in for a lunch and straight away the vibes were so bad. The employees just stood there staring at us impatiently waiting for us to order. Then we saw flies ALL OVER THE TOPPINGS, literally made me sick! And to top it off, there was meat debris all over the meat slicer, I think this place just needs to be cleaned up and as my first time at Port of Subs, I don’t know how to feel…

Horrible. There was a baby in the back crying. There was two slow people not knowing what there were doing. It was not even busy and they took almost 40 min on two small sandwiches. Made the full sandwich and forgot to put the chicken and meats so they just gave me a bread sandwich. Still charged me. Stupid people

Under new management. Seems like the new management needs new management. The employees need to find new jobs. Completely lethargic, zero personality. One sandwich was good. The other sandwich was a complete mess. Never returning to this location again.

The managers need to do more to help this store be successful. The sandwiches were great. As you can expect from Port of Subs. But the soda machine wasn’t working, so no drinks were available. They were out of multiple ingredients. But the key thing that was a positive is that the employees in the store (with no manager) were working hard to do their best at customer service. And they did it well despite the bad situation that were given.
