Got my sandwich today and probably ate some plastic. Found 6 pieces of plastic in my sandwich after I already ate it. I’m Disgusted and want a full refund. I will never be eating here again.

It was good. Guy could’ve had better hygiene. Shop was clean. Equipment seemed to need some maintenance, slicer is a bit loud compared to the others around town. Vegetables could’ve used being switched out but weren’t bad.

This place is never open on time and they randomly leave through the day. We’ve had to get our money back because they didn’t open at 8 which is the posted open time online and on the store door. Call before you order even during the day. Went to pick my sandwich up at the time the app said it would be ready only to get there and find they have left and the door is locked. Waited and 30 minutes later I had my sandwiches. I wouldn’t have waited but they were already paid for. I’ve tried to use a gift card and they didn’t know how to apply their gift card to my purchase. It’s frustrating dealing with people that don’t know how to run a business. Staff the place to be open during the hours posted.

The walk from the Best Western was worth it to have a nicely made sandwich in an establishment that was clean and well kept. I haven’t had a bad experience at any Port of Subs, and the Fernley, NV, location did not disappoint.

The owner Nav greeted us with an amazing attitude. The store was nice and clean and the food was excellent. This was great to see because we stopped at the Port of Subs in Lovelock Nevada and the cigarette smoke inside was so bad that we had to leave without ordering. We chose to drive 28 more miles and are glad we did.

Its alright, a bit chaotic behind the counter as mentioned by others. Honestly I would be happier if they had coke zero or other sugar free options. They’re set up for tea but never have it and so they might as well expand their other options rather than wasting space. Everyone on staff could really use some lean six training for overall efficiency and quality.
