Seriously. Just stop here if you’re a carnivore. First time stopping in and will absolutely be back. I had the ribs which were not only delicious, flavorful and tender but the bones pretty much fell off the meat when I looked at it. I’ll try the pork shanks next time (maybe, ribs were *damn* good…) but I’ll also say prices were decent as well for the valley. Just stop by – you won’t be disappointed!
