The order said it was being packed up at 445pm. Only 20 minutes later, spoke to a staff member who mentioned it still had to be placed into the oven. App said it was ready at the counter. Another 20 minutes goes by, still has not been placed in the oven. Multiple people had similar experiences while I was waiting. Still no pizza, eventually gave up on the order as waiting on a refund would not have been worth it. Caution to those especially against ordering on game nights.

Very good. I love this store. I specially love when I go and the girl Karen that is over their is very nice and friendly. I love her customer service. Today she help me and gave me a super friendly customer service. I hope she gets a raise for that. I will definitely come back and have that wonderful service.

What’s the point of ordering online if you’re just gonna hand off the pizzas that have been sitting out all day? My breadsticks were hot and fresh and my pepperoni pizza was hard and cold. Don’t bother placing an order online.

I ordered two pizzas, and when I got home, I realized they were undercooked I called the store to see if they could make me two new ones. They said yes, but when I arrived, they told me they could only remake one. I told them it wasn’t fair that they would only remake one, “since the other pizza was missing a slice, and that slice was raw.” Practically the entire pizza was undercooked. They didn’t even offer me a refund. I left both pizza boxes at the store as proof that I had returned them, both boxes completely full, and all they managed to do was waste my time and money. I told them I wouldn’t accept anything less than a full refund and left the two pizza boxes at the store as evidence. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, but today I decided to complain, and I got nothing in return, just lost my money and time if If I could give zero stars as a review, I would On top of that, I asked to speak to the general manager, and the person at the store told me she couldn’t do anything, that she was the manager for the moment, “when I literally said I wanted to speak to the general manager.” This is a lesson for me not to go back and buy food from that place again, especially since I didn’t even enjoy the food because I couldn’t eat it, and I didn’t even get a refund. It’s a shame that they told me to try and eat something raw, “undercooked.” No restaurant does that. A waste of time and money. Absolute garbage.

I picked up my order at the end of the night yesterday On January 10, 2026. I got home and looked at my pizza puffs and my entire box was overcooked and hard as a rock. I tried to call a manager today and they told me the manager will be in at 4 PM. I called back just now at 5 PM and they told me they don’t have a manager and they just have to call up a manager if there’s any issues. This place is a joke and hit or miss.

Dont waste your time or money going to the little ceasar in fairwood wa they are absolutely terrible they dont care about there customers, i ordered a pepperoni pizza on there app. which usually takes around 15 minutes about 5 minutes later after placing the order got pop up that it was ready picked up took it home and was totally cold. its like someone ordered a pepperoni pizza but decided not to want it so they must of just left the pizza on the counter waiting for someone else to order a pepperoni pizza will never go there again and removed the app off my phone..

So I’ve ordered a large pretzel crust with pizza sauce 3 different times now over the past 2 months. The first time it actually had pretzel crust. The last 2 times it’s just been the regular pizza crust with the bigger chunks of salt thrown on top. Is it laziness or are the stores actually out?
