Bought the tub of Cole slaw and got short changed. When I brought this matter to management I got 2 small containers which still wasn’t enough. Disappointed, but the beef and fries are good.

Forgot the cheese cups I ordered even after I asked the person if they were in there and she looked in the bag and she said yes. The soup was not good. It was like it was sitting all day. Also the chicken nuggets taste bad. They taste like McDonald’s nuggets. Lockport pops chicken nuggets and overall service is way better. Called and the manager gave me the option of a credit for a cheese cup or come back. Would not credit my money back. Will never go back to this location. Terrible service.

Beside the 3 guys in the back cooking who could not stop giggling and looking towards the customers the establishment and whispering things to each other the place looked nice and clean. I got a super Italian beef and asked for hot giardiniera. What I got was a cup full of nothing but jalapenos and one piece of celery. When I asked the girl at the front counter about this she told me “We sell giardiniera if you want some, otherwise that what we make here”. She definitely had an attitude and simply offered to replace my cup with the same thing. I’ve eat giardiniera many time throughout my life. This isn’t it. Won’t be coming back here. The owner must not care.

ONE and done! Worst chilidog EVER, rubbery and tasteless. Had the texture of “all beef” but NONE of the flavor. Weak AF Chili game made it a complete loss. Chicken strips were crispy but breading lacked ANY flavor at all….on the upside it’s real chicken strips inside. The fries were barely cooked and limp……definitely the look and taste of old grease……..blech!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Ordered a chili tamale & pop. When I came in, around 4pm, there were no customers. (Too early for most people, I guess.)
The tamale was up before I had my soda filled. The tamale masa was tasty itself. Add the filling, not too bad. And the chili was the star in the dish. Spicy enough for you to know it’s spicy. Bottom line: next time I’ll get two.

I ordered a bowl of chili and a grilled chicken sandwich. The chili was especially delicious, not too spicy but a great flavor. Others in my group ordered the chili dogs but were surprised that the same chunkier chili was used on the hotdogs. For those who are looking for more of a chili sauce or something coney-style, this wouldn’t be for you. I also tried the chicken tenders which were crispy and delicious (even though we brought the food home to eat, they stayed crispy). Overall, I was very happy with my meal and appreciated being able to carry-out given the Covid situation.

Pops is clean, the service is quick and food is great. I highly recommend the beef with the homemade giardiniera. The hot dogs and fries are great and the sloppy Joes are really good too. Love me some Pops!!
