Decided to visit this place twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. The first time consisted of a southwestern omelette, home fries, and a side of corned beef hash. The second visit was to get the bacon double cheeseburger and potato wedges. I also got a club sandwich, with a side of Mac-n-cheese to go. Both times I was greeted quickly and seated. Both servers were very attentive, I apologize for not asking their names.

The moment you walk through the doors in the morning, the atmosphere is that of a relaxing, modern diner. The decor was perfect and everything was clean. We were seated immediately and our waitress came promptly. My breakfast (blueberry pancakes with eggs and bacon) was wonderfully delicious. My husband personally prefers his french toast a little harder and they were happy to accommodate him even though he declined to have it remade. Top-tier service and friendly manager. Thank you so much for a wonderful start to our morning. We will be back!

We walked in, not realizing they were literally closing in like 5 mins, BUT instead of being told sorry we’re closed. They took us in and we ordered and the staff were pleasant and fun.

Food was great and good.

In the words of my soon to be 11 year old daughter, Sarah, Barbara, Jana and Pop’s Diner Slay!!!

We will be coming here again, before closing time!!

We’ve been coming to Pops for a few years now. They’ve recently redecorated the interior and it looks great. The menu looks slightly different, but our favorites are still available. The french toast is amazing.
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait… but it’s worth it.

Stopped in for a late breakfast with the family on the road to Virginia Beach for work. Had a taste for waffles and this is definitely the place to get them. I ordered Pop’s Waffle Combo with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon. Perfect amount of food for me! Waffle had a slight sweet cinnamon flavor, yum! Bonus: the coffee was perfect! ☕️

The family wanted more of a lunch vibe and settled on the club sandwich and chicken tenders with fries. Seems like you can’t go wrong either way.

Service was quick and friendly. Love supporting locally owned food spots! Keep it up Pop and Co.!

P.S. The sign says kids eat free… unfortunately I ended up ordering the regular chicken tenders and fries so I couldn’t test this.

Wow! What a great experience.
I got the Kielbasa breakfast, with two eggs, homestyle potatoes and toast. The sausage was so good and I liked the way they cut it into thick slices cooked with a perfect brown crust with a juicy center. The potatoes had a good crisp on them but were very moist inside. Eggs were cooked right with a good runny yolk. I made the mistake of eating too many potatoes and I couldn’t finish my Kielbasa.
Everyone was nice from the moment I walked in. Hostess was friendly and my waitress, Leslie was super nice, got me everything I needed and checked on me. She also joked around with me which is always nice, she wasn’t just trying to get me fed and out the door.
The entire place was very clean and neat. Bathroom was large, nicely done and clean.

One of my favorite brunch spots. The food is great and they have perfect Bloody Marys. The mimosas are awesome too! 10 out of 10 recommend you visit!

The good: The omelet was amazing. Light. Huge.
Fruit was perfectly ripe and tasty. Eggs were perfectly prepared.
The bad:The country fried steak was so greasy that it was completely inedible. Grease pooled around and dripping off of it. Tasted like it had been deep fried twice – just nasty.
I order this all the time here, so I was honestly surprised.
Hopefully they will do better next time

Show up Hungry! Seating was quick for a Sunday and our server was so friendly. There was a lot of food! The portions were huge and will put you into a mid-day nap coma! We will make this a regular stop.
