Beautiful atmosphere! Friendly staff! The food… amazingly tender steak, delicious veggies and a variety of drinks. My husband loves the bristle sprouts and I enjoy the broccoli . So flavorful! We were seated right away and our food came out quick. Definently recommend eating here!!

Went for lunch today. All our other visits here have always been decent. We were seated after a 10 minute wait as they were, as it was explained to us, they schedule the staff depending on last week’s business. Once we were seated, we placed our order. 45 minutes, yes, 45 minutes later, our lunch arrived. Food was good. There was no management on staff during our visit. With this kind of service, there is a need for management to keep things in order. Our server was busting his butt but the issue is the kitchen staff or the lack of it.

This was my first time at LongHorn with my sister, and everything from the food to the service was on point. Catina really took it to the next level—she made our whole experience even better! Our food arrived slightly out of order and Catina made sure we were more than taken care of after (seriously). Huge thanks for the awesome service and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back next time! (By the way, food for a ‘chain’ was more than delicious. Steaks and wings outperform some high end restaurants by a mile.)

The food is excellent — very well prepared and flavorful. I truly have no complaints about the quality of the dishes.
Unfortunately, the service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The waitress was extremely arrogant and impatient. She would not stay at the table for even a minute — she would drop items off and immediately walk away, without giving us any opportunity to order or ask questions. Her attitude made it feel as though she was doing us a favor, or clearly did not want to serve us at all.
We had to ask for our appetizer in three different rounds because she wouldn’t stop long enough to take the order properly. Drinks were never offered — we had to call her over to request them. The table was never cleared; dirty plates and glasses just kept piling up until we had to specifically ask for them to be removed.
To make matters worse, she brought the wrong dessert. When my husband politely explained that he had pointed directly to the picture labeled “cheesecake” on the menu, she argued that she was correct instead of simply checking and fixing the mistake.
When I asked for her name, she did not respond clearly or audibly. She was the only Latina server handling the tables on the left side near the entrance door, which should help management identify her.
It’s unfortunate, because the kitchen is excellent, but the service completely ruined the experience. I hope management reviews their service standards, because no customer should be treated this way when going out for dinner.

Went in with my friend today 8/10/25 right when they opened at 11AM. I had chicken Parmesan with Mac and cheese and salad as a side. Was very good! Was about $25, money well spent because I couldn’t eat all of it leftovers for tonight lol. The portion is very generous it’s a lot of food, don’t leave it there take it home they have boxes you can get. Only negative thing I found and had to struggle to find it I thought the Parmesan sauce on the chicken was a bit too salty but not enough to send back the dish. My parents said the same thing now and before that somehow the sauce is salty a bit too much. But great place to eat will be back!

First time at LongHorn and it was amazing!
Gunner was our server and he was super friendly and attentive. The steak had great flavor, and if you like it more rare, I definitely recommend going for the rare cut. We’ll for sure be back!
