A favorite of locals and lake goers alike. During the day we serve a variety of hot, made to order sandwiches created with premium Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. We also serve a selection of handmade salads and you’ll want to keep coming for our lineup of daily lunch specials. When the sun sets on lake martin we fire up the charcoal grill and offer up a selection of specials from hand-cut steaks to lobster tails.

We had the prime rib cooked to perfection with their special sauce. It was delicious. Of course we had the salad and baked potato to go with that. The salad was fresh and so was the potato. This is quickly becoming the go to place for excellent steaks, ribs, and sandwiches on this part of Lake Martin. There were 6 people in our group and everyone’s food was cooked to their liking. The atmosphere is casual and the staff are friendly and efficient.

It’s a little better than ok. Would go here again for the the ribeye. The salad could have used more ingredients. But it was a side salad that came with the dinner so can’t fault that. All in all…. It was a pleasant experience.

Granted, it was the Friday for Memorial Day. It was super busy. We arrived at 8:15 pm and were seated within 10-15 minutes. Only two wait staff working the entire restaurant, and those ladies were hustling. Unfortunately, our food didn’t arrive until 10. We were dead last to be served. We would have left, but our waitress was super apologetic about the wait. Potato salad was the only side available once we had our food. Overall, food was mediocre. Hopefully, this was just an off night. They do always seem to have a nice crowd throughout the day.
