No wonder no one was here at 2:30 PM…
I got such awful service that I took 10 minutes out of my work day to sit and write this review.
The only employee there begrudgingly interrupted his mopping to come stare at me behind the counter until I verbalized what I wanted… then sold me a very standard sized, 2-piece of sandwich bread sandwich for $18.54 (sandwich only, no drink or anything).
“It doesnt even come with a drink or anything, for $18?”
“Nope, sorry.”
I will literally never return. If youre gonna charge 4x what a Safeway deli sandwich costs for the same trashy thing, the least you could do is hire employees that aren’t obviously annoyed at having to help a customer.
This place used to be awesome, now I sincerely hope they will go out of business.
2:30 PM, February 11, Longmont location.
Maybe if I get an owner response (and explanation), I won’t go out of my way to make sure all my friends, family, and followers avoid this dump at all costs.

I’ve been coming here since it opened, and before that went to the Valmont location when I lived in Boulder. Went in for lunch on a Saturday – the crew was awesome. Super competent, smily and hit all the points. Sandwich was perfect. This level of service is a bit rare these days. It’s nice to know that some things that are working don’t change. Same awesome experience as ever.

I tried two things (deliver both times) from Deli Zone. First was the Baby Kong Breakfast Sandwich (triple fried egg version). Really good. I would get the regular version of this sandwich next time and be a total pig!
The second thing I tried for lunch was their Medium Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Not the best I’ve ever had, but it was pretty good. I would order it again for sure (or the large version).

I’m impressed. It’s so hard to find a decent chicken salad sandwich at a sub shop (or anywhere really) these days – let alone a DELICIOUS one?? My fiance was also walking around the house boasting how impressively good it was for such a simple sandwich. But I was most surprised by how they didn’t rely on anything like walnuts, grapes, even the overuse of celery, pickles, stone mustard, etc – just spices & the right mayo/mustard blend was all this chicken salad needed!

I ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich. Three bites in I noticed a gel like substance in my sandwich. Upon further inspection I noticed it was on the turkey. I eat a lot of turkey sandwiches and have never seen anything like this. I waited until they had no customers to quietly let them know about this. The first staff member was taken aback and thought it was odd and didn’t know what it was. The second staff member said “you know sometimes turkey has a gel like substance in it.” I have never heard of this or seen this ever. She offered to make me another sandwich, but at that point I was grossed out. It would have been nice to just have a refund. I wish I would have taken pictures.

During my trip… i had breakfast from this place as they were recommended by my colleagues at work one of the best sandwiches in town. One of the sandwich preparer is also the cashier. I noticed that he never changed his disposable gloves when he takes cash payments then use the same ones to remove the sandwiches from the grill, cut them in half and wrap them. I feel so disgusted. The restaurant is nice and clean even the restroom were but i cant my food knowing that the cashier didnt change his gloves. I grabbed the sandwich when he anounce it and then left.

This place has gone down hill so bad in the past couple years it’s not even funny. This last time I tried to make sure they didn’t short my sandwich again online with a note and Dude waited till I went and picked it up (on a short lunch) to 1. Tell me he can’t do anything about the half filled sandwiches and 2. even START cooking it. Add to that they have this piece of paper with what looks like children’s handwriting “apologizing” for higher prices at the register. And for that reason… I’m out. I used to love Dizzle for years. I’m so bummed.

This was my keto breakfast for 10 bucks it was smashed into a tiny petri dish with my thimble of cream cheese. Honestly it looked like dog food and since we all eat with our eyes it just went into the trash. The over easy egg was hard as a rock. If you live the keto lifestyle stay away from here. I was pretty bummed out because I was starving….. and I was charged extra for avocado and that was not smashed in the tiny bowl. I called to let them know I was a little upset and they told me that they could not make my breakfast presentable because they were busy cooking other peoples food. So if you want a keto breakfast do NOT come here just drive on by.
